We rescued a black and white shaggy Bearded Collie the most divine creature ever! His name, Mister Boots. Boots came with a leather bound note book, which his previous owner had wrote a memoir of his life. Bootsie, Boo-boo, Mister-Mister, Bootsalicious. My pooch is a Shi-tzu Toy Poodle mix or Shoodle, when he was a puppy he was black and white like an Everton Mint so I called him Mr Toffee which is better than the name he was registered with at the vet which was FooFoo 😂

This was a perfect reading for the new moon in Gemini conjunct Venus! Loyal heart is my favorite card also. I can’t remember if I told you before, but I used to have a ginger cat named Thomas and my nickname for him was Timmus Thomas Catteroozle, rīzle, rozle, razzle, rouzel, rizzle, rezzle. And I used to call my cat Winkie, Dientz (deentz) - not sure why. She was also Mrs. Ol’Winkie. She was very smart and knew all of her names. She played hide and seek with me, and could play either role, the hider or the seeker. How I miss them all! 💕💕😪

My Cavoodle is 9 and his name is Ziggy Stardust 💫 after the legend and the fact his fur is a bright ruby red! He’s affectionately also known as fluff nuts, Fanta pants, Ziggle Piggle, The Zigglemeister, Buddy, and Bear 🐻 … he doesn’t seem to have an identity crisis 😂

I foster cats. If they’re naughty kitties they get a middle name. I had a foster who was so naughty he ended up with two middle names. He was Theodore James Aloysius but I just called him Teddy. (He got into the roof space and ate rat bait. He’s fine now). Another one is Guisebbe Luigi but I call him Sebbe. (He looks like a retired Italian mechanic who spends his days making pasta and biscotti for his family). He also gets called Ferret Boy because he’s tall and lanky. He got himself locked in the pantry overnight and made a huge mess with soy sauce. Another foster, Daphne, I called Doona Noodle because she’d hide under the doona or Tootie Patootie because she’d toot when she was happy.
I used to call my daughter Poppet but when texting her one day it auto corrected to Poopy. It stuck and now I call her Poo Poo or ZuZu (her name is Zoe) and she calls me Moo Moo.
I totally remember Gunny Sax dresses - very popular back in the day! It does feel very positive today - nice change from the ups and downs of late. Much love and gratitude Gemma!❤❤❤

Just to 'splain' 😅... when my daughter (who's an adult) would call me Splainy McSplainerson, it was actually said with a lot of affection. knowing it was something I was aware of and working on, and could relate to though she recovered from over 'splainin at a younger age than I did. Maybe that's the way generational healing works💖.
Still not a fan of so much of the daily readings a read aloud of viewers comments, but I do love that you enjoy them, Gemma. Love the t-shirt! And, now I must confess that my doggie’s nickname is Goose lol. Short for Goosebumps, his given name from the little boy who named him after the children’s books and from whom I adopted him fifteen years ago. Goose is my loyal heart. I fell in love with him at first sight while looking into his Beagle mix eyes. He’s the runt of the litter of puppies that resulted from a rogue Beagle knocking up a pedigreed Border Collie and he’s my favorite Chincoteague Island souvenir. I suppose I am his Maverick. 🤍A big shout out to my fellow dog lovers… is your car as dogified as mine?! Cats are cool, too. Goose tends to antagonize them, however, so we are a canine household only. When Goose moves on from this incarnation, I fear my heart will break. All the best to you animal lovers.

My daughter has a way of giving her pets several names. Ginger cat- Nacho Jalapeno Spicy Gloria.
I have two dogs, an old Collie girl who is going blind but still spritely, Lucy. Just Luce Luce, Lucy Goosey and lately, Fluffy Old Lady.
Nora a German shepherd she's a four month puppy. She goes by Nora the Explorer or Nora the Destroyer depending on her mood 😂 She also speaks German, commands, which I find is very terrifying to most Americans which I enjoy.

My cat Luna has a very random assortment of names: LunaMoon, sweetest baboon, puss-a-lina, tank-maninoff (as she’s like a fluffy little tank), grumble-stiltskin (as she loves to do grumbly meows) and purrbot 3000. She also has a whole song book of weird theme tunes, my favourite one being to the tune of Mandy by Barry Manilow… don’t ask 😅

Pet names: We have a 10 year old terrier/chihuahua mix, we got him in 2015 and he would go after and nibble on our black shepherd, Koda. We named him Niblets. He now is known as Mr. Nibs. I also call him pop tart, pips, & pop top. I also call him my Little Gentleman bc he always waits for me to go through the door first.❤Koda, who passed in 2021 at the ripe old age of almost 18, we called Koda Jones, Koda beans, Kodymody and Trouble!👿 Miss him terribly 💔

Our oldest beloved cat who we adopted from the vet as a kitten, his name was Simon, but my daughter who was 8 then, changed it to Sammy, who we called Sammy, Sam Sam, Samuel L Jackson, baby boy. Our hearts are broken as he passed away aged 13 in early May 💔
Our younger cat, aged 4, her name is Moo, as my daughter’s friend’s family cat had kittens in 2020, and they called this kitten Moo, as they thought she looked like a ‘ Moo cow ‘ 🐮
She is also known as Moo mee, moomies, baby cat
My teenage son says please stop, when I call out, “ Moo “ across the back garden to call her home … 😅

I call my dog, a male, Angel, Angel Baby, Little Boss Man, or El Jefe, meaning Chief. He is a stray I caught 11 years ago, he has champagne curls, Maltese/Lhasa Apso/Poodle, best guess. Best Dog Ever. He understands what I say, and answers, "Yes!", by licking his lips. If I ask if he wants a kiss, he comes over to get one. 11:42

My kitty boy Linus is Linoose, meow meow, chinchilla because he's insanely soft, kitty boy (obviously), son, insane son, and Bugsnax because he likes to chase flying critters and eat stink bugs.
