I mean she is the ultimate fencer. She can have a nice gentle personality but still have the capacity to put her foot down when she needs to. She can't win at fencing if she didn't have that in her somewhere.
True. Not only that, she’s wearing the swan pin in her hair. Many of the characters have animal motifs that are supposed to represent some aspects of the character in some manner. For instance, Wolfgang pretty much represents the wolf in sheep’s clothing saying ( as it also got confirmed in-game as well). For Eloise’s case, since she represents the swan, this animal also has a bit of nuance to it. Although swans are graceful in appearance, they can be highly aggressive to the point of high violence in defense of themselves or if something is breaching their territory. I’ve also seen videos of them attacking people whenever the person has gotten close to them, or if they entered the body of water that the swan is swimming in (by the way, they can swim fast - motorboat fast). I’m wondering if this will foreshadow anything with Eloise’s character, especially when she revealed that twinge of anger (even though it was fairly justifiable with Damon probing her for questions. Sorry about the long paragraph. I hope you have a good day!
@ Huh. Looking back, I can definitely see that. Although, what about the last part when she goes to comfort Diana? Was it done out of sympathy or for her facade?
Whoooaaaaa….I was not expecting her to be this intense; she can actually be kinda scary. If someone pushes her too far or if she’s exposed as a killer (which I can definitely see her being now), I imagine her having some straight-up nightmare faces. However, she’s can also be gentle and sweet, which is quite a dichotomy, being reserved on the outside but also having capacity for vengefulness.
Because of that she’s kind of a foil to Grace where unlike her she wears a gentle front and doesn’t get hostile unless she gets pushed to the extreme. With how and the way there interactions have turned out I can see Eloise putting an end to her life as a consequence to Grace’s aggressive actions.
Damon and Eloise really don't get along well, the first FTE is "if you try anything I'll stab you with a pen" and, even when they sort of make progress despite Elosie not being very talkative, Damon blows it by being a prick in Event 4, but I can at least guess what Eloise's spoiler letter secret is going to be about considering how she reacted to the family question.
From my perspective, Damon came off as a prick because his patience was wearing thin after three failed attempts to have a conversation with her. Since Eloise rarely speaks, he had to infer things from the little she did say. This made it seem like he was prying into her life when, in reality, he just wanted to have a conversation with her because we, the players, wanted him to. I don't think he'd normally want to talk to her.
What did Damon do to come off like a prick tho? She never mentioned her father all the times he was talking with her, so he just "assumed" that he passed away (Which is a fair guess). And even if Eloise doesn't like talking about her father let alone family with other people she shouldn't have followed up with "why would my mother have any of those?" as if it's not obvious why so. Elouise was just being rude, if you don't want to talk about something you should just say so. Giving people silent treatment and expecting them to understand you is stupid no matter what
@@revenge0028I think it’s bc of how insensitive Damon comes across when he asks. God, I was already in love with Eloise, set with her being my favorite character in Project: Eden’s Garden. This however, dialed it up to eleven! I think I’ve made the right choice with picking a favorite character in this fangan, because there’s just so much to take in with just this one chapter. I especially love how she’s very hostile towards Damon due to how much she doesn’t trust him, and then gets even more hostile towards him when he decides to be an a-hole, and butchers his conversation with her. Not lying, I laughed my butt off when this 4th FTE with Eloise happened, it came off as entirely unexpected that I just couldn’t help but chuckle with how much I was caught off-guard. I’m really excited with what the writers do with Eloise, because she was excellent in the Prologue, and she’s freaking OUTSTANDING in Chapter 1. But she's really on guard around Damon, and thinks he has bad intentions (& fair enough). I like how the FTE with her are kinda turned on their head and she just gets more mad at him lmao But this is also kind of bad news for Damon lolll

I wonder if at the end of another trial, she will pull a Kinjo and say that the killer deserves to die, that are not your friend. She didn't with Eva, but maybe she was still getting used to the trials. Also, it is interesting how the the 2 people with the most dangerous talents are joined together. Desmond the Marksmen and Eloise the fencer. Everyone got on Demond's case for having weapons but seemingly everyone forgot about what a fencer would need. It is also interesting to note that Desmond and Eloise seem to have opposing views. Desmond wants everyone to live and to protect others, maybe that is why he spends time with who he saw as someone fragile. He came up with the idea of bunk buddies to protect each other. Eloise on the other hand seems to be holding back in her resentment towards others. She was the first to accuse someone in the trial and has these moments where she loses all fragility and becomes very confident in herself. She hates grace and criminals. She is justice by punishing bad people while Desmond is justice by protection. Maybe I am seeing things. I guess we will see when chapter 2 drops. i didnt expect how much chap 1 would make me like eloise. apart from the fte, i really liked when she stood up at grace on the investigation and on the trial too (even if she was wrong). seeing ppl hate on her and love grace so much makes me sad and a little angry
damon for being someone who really judge others for how the interact and think he doesnt seem to be aware of his own problems... he is really mean, sometimes i love him sometimes i hate him, eloise deserved better
Eloise literally gave silent treatment towards him, which is rude as shit btw. If you don't want to talk with someone or about something you should just say it instead of expecting the other person to read your mind
@@revenge0028 I don't blame Eloise for being rude, frankly. She isn't obligated to be nice in a killing game, and especially not to Damon "Your talent doesn't contribute anything of worth" Maitsu. We the players know that Damon never intends to come off as rude, but to Eloise he's been an inconsiderate asshole from Day One and is suddenly prying about her private life. I'd be rude about it too.
From playing, she seemed like she would mostly be the meek, helpless character, but girl can really stand on her own! That changes all the theories I had about the next story development~
This is an interesting dynamic they have. One hand, Damon is again rude and insensitive and it’s nice to see the normally soft spoken Eloise have show that spark when she believes he goes too far. It’s also interesting seeing how Damon genuinely doesn’t seem to understand how people interpret or are affected by what he says. Potential development there? On the other hand, and something I see only a few people talk about is that Eloise doesn’t like Damon from the get go and is fairly rude and unforgiving towards him in nearly every conversation. The constant silent treatment and threat on their first conversation plus her ideas on punishing bad people give a real insight into person behind the shy demeanor. (This unfortunately makes me like Eloise but makes me think she or gonna make it.)
I was about to say that i didn't get why Eloise got so mad at the end and then i realized that Damon lacked damn empathy and didn't notice that she CLEARLY didn't want to talk about that subject.
Right, not to mention Eloise made it clear that her mother was single she said “Why would you assume she has either?” When Damon asks if her mom had a boyfriend or girlfriend. And then Damon’s dumbass had to ask again because it didn’t click the first time.
(((I'll try not to mention any spoilers and, um, if you took the time to read this then thank you!))) I always thought Eloise would either survive or end up a killer. Never the victim. At the time it was mainly because of her skills/ultimate, she'd be able to fight back. Someone could land the first blow but Eloise would be able to win the overall fight. My main prediction was that Eloise would become the killer out of self defense. However, after the free time events I'm starting to believe otherwise. I still assume Eloise would become a killer but she'd rather kill someone to maybe protect some sort of secret? She clearly doesn't like people prying into her personal life and acts all defensive over it. After Chapter 1, there would be a massive risk for her to actually commit a crime. The only argument I could think of at the moment against this is how Eloise still has morals. She clearly despises what Tozu, Mara and whoever else is pulling the strings have put them into/has done. She even believes they need to get punished as proven in the FTE. But it's only a matter of time when her morals starts to fade. When desperation takes over. After all, she's stuck in a killing game. It's only a matter of time. I'm wondering now if she'll pull a Kanade or Mikan move. Or maybe even Iroha? 🤔
I think. Eloise is very poised and calculated. I know she doesn't like their situation, but I think she also believes no one could touch her if they even wanted to. The confidence you could take on anyone who tried anything on you is probably helping her cope with the situation. She is very quick to remind Damon she is the Ultimate Fencer, and she's not the person to pick a fight with. I think if Grace keeps pushing her, Eloise might make an example out of her and demonstrate her talent as the Ultimate Fencer.
@@ShirtFan Ngl I have a theory(?) of sorts that Eloise only talks big; even if she had to kill to save her own life, if only momentarily, she wouldn't be able to. And because Eloise knows deep down she could never truly harm/kill another person, she might be killed, and to protect herself she latches onto anyone who could save her in that sort of situation or who's willing to let her believe she can survive; such as Wolfgang and Desmond.
@@_rainy.days_ Wow! I hadn't thought of it like that. If you consider how at the end of Chapter 1, the culprits execution, Eloise was sobbing in the background. She's now fully aware the risks she faces if she would kill somebody and be caught. Also how she always mentions she wants to go back home and see her mother after something terrible happened. She doesn't seem to be a strong person mentally. That means she must talk big to either comfort herself or scare others away from her. She does have a dangerous talent after all. Nobody would really be willing to clash with a person who's skilled at fighting. Makes me wonder if what she said about people backing off from fighting her in her matches because she was "intimidating" is true. Honestly shocked me when she said that 😓 I didn't take her as the scary type just from appearance. She just looked sad. Like all the time. Thank you for your opinion! I really like it and it's helping me have a better understanding of Eloise's character. Thank you!
@@briocheuwu1349 I had considered Grace to be the one to throw fists at Mara and Tozu again at some point but after the FTE I believe this also makes sense. If she practically loses her mind and doesn't care about the consequences anymore then this would be a massive possibility. She wants justice or revenge in possibly the worst way imaginable. Death. Those feelings could influence her later on and I would be so excited if they take this sort of direction with Eloise. It would be really interesting if she went to attack Mara or Tozu but ended up killing someone she cares for so much. Or maybe she tries to kill a person who's working with them who's one of the students. Who knows? We'll just have to wait and see.
I get even more second hand embarassement because it seems he is unintentionally rude, like with the dad thing, he assumed something from how eloise talked and just wanted to continue the conversation, then at first he just felt awkward because hey weird situation, and then genuinely confused if he said something wrong, he even asked with his worried/kinda sad looking sprite, like he doesn't understand why she's upset all of the sudden, this is unfortunally a lack of social skills that i can identify with, saying rude shit without thinking or realizing why it's rude, lucky me it was never on this level
Anger management? Domestic abuse? I theorize that maybe she killed her abusive father while he was hurting her family, so she would donate to a charity that would prevent situations like that from happening to anyone else. Could explain why everyone forfeited their match against her due to her sullied reputation before she entered the club. Maybe the reason she is very hesitant on sharing anything with Damon is because of her dark past.
17:15 ooh a new sprite! I wonder what her last fte is gonna be like, imo she's giving kind of a killer vibes? idk she just seems so on guard and cautious at times
The fact they fight and is hard for her to open up makes me lose hope they’ll be closer in the story later on bc it wouldn’t make sense to make them closer in the story but then if u want to do her fte then they fight… idk
@@JennyFanFics Damon isn't an antagonist. He physically can't be. Protagonist is the character whose POV we follow. That's Damon. Antagonist would be the character opposing Damon.
@ARandomStranger209 The thing is the Diana can't become cruel as Eloise did during the free time events. She may become a very close minded individual in the endgame but I think the antagonist fits more to Eloise and Wenona. I meant an antagonist in a chapter not antagonist in the whole game because the character dynamic changes every trial.
@@Thespyofasgard A person doesn't have to be cruel to become an antagonist. They just need opposing views to the protagonist. And possibly get in the way of their goals. From how Chapter 1 ended, it makes sense that Diana would take Wolfgang's place in my opinion. But I really do like your idea. I'll keep it in mind when the next few chapters come out. And I do believe it's an interesting way to take the story. Gosh I'm really excited!
Honestly that last free time event gave me vibes that she would be a killer in a later chapter. I dunno why, maybe it's due to the fact that her sweet personality can easily be erased and she'll instantly start swearing and be intimidating. Its almost as if she's wearing a mask to hide her true self...
Tbh Damon needed some reality check pre and after trial, because what happened to one of his murderous friend really set him back to that hateful selfish prick he was at chapter 0 (even if that is justified, considering noone praised him for doing God's work once again and his most trusted friend out of all betraying him and spewing poison towards whole cast (they also ignored Damons presence once again) as a bonus)
I get the impression she just has really bad social anxiety balanced by a strong moral compass, because given what we've seen so far, she only shows her utmost confidence when she feels she has a moral high ground to fight for. We see Eloise at her angriest or bravest when Damon digs too deep into her personal life, when Grace is suspiciously obstructing the investigation, and when Eva decides a great use of her final words is a blatantly unwarranted personal attack on Diana just for being a good friend. By contrast, Eloise meekly retracts her accusations against Grace the moment the latter's innocence seems proven, and relents the blackmail without much of a fight (Eloise having the blackmail isn't her fault and Grace is a total jerk about it but it still isn't something to be kept from Grace). Tozu seems to be the an occassional outlier here but admittedly she knows he isn't the kind of threat she can beat in a fight, the killing game will likely go on without him and all she would accomplish is getting herself killed, hence her musing about wanting him dead but not voicing it to his face.
@TrevourShallaham she definitely has that “seems innocent enough but is far more capable in hurting others” I know she’s not very cooperative with Damon during their conversations since she always seems to hold back on how much she wants to tell him. A lot of people seem to just chalk it up to Damon being insensitive and Eloise not wanting to put up with it but I think her motives for always being on guard stem from something other than the killing game and might have to do with her anxiety, her wanting justice, why everyone forfeits their match with her. Her events seem to be laying hints for a tragic backstory.
Yeah, a lot of that could be resolved with a "i don't want to talk about that/my personal life, please stop asking", or even a "i don't want to talk to you" since she clearly doesn't like damon
I consider Eloise to be more of a late killer or a survivor. Based on what we know about her so far, she’s not afraid to hurt anyone if they get really invasive or try to fight her. She explains here that she can take out anyone she doesn’t trust, even with a freaking pin. Do I want her to survive? Absolutely, she’s my favorite character in this fangan, as well as the one character I simp for. Do I think that’s likely? Not really, unfortunately. I’m really excited with what they have in stores for her further on with the rest of the fangan.
@@jettist i might be wrong Because her video doesnt reach 20 minutes like the other ones Plus there might even be like, 4 per chapter or something, i honestly dont know
@pkspade I don't think she needs to. Mf asked if she even had a dad and got confused on why she got mad at that. It is not her fault he lacks any common sense
@ I read your comment, and I disagree with your comment. Damon owed her an apology for asking such personal questions. If she didn’t say anything after Damon asked then one can use their brain as a grown man and assume that she clearly doesn’t want to talk about it. Damon purposely tried to pry into her private life because he’s an idiot who didn’t get the hint.
@pkspade This may just be because we're living in the era where everyone is expected to just tell everything about their day online, and we don't genuinely get privacy anymore due to social media. But Damon isn't entitled to Eloise telling him the problem. Her having a Dad or not is personal information, and he has no business asking about it. And technically, she did tell him the problem. The problem is what he's asking her about is none of his business. No one is required to just be open to someone else because they try to push them into a conversation. If she doesn't want to tell Damon about her life outside the KG, she doesn't have to. And she doesn't have to tell him why.

i didnt expect how much chap 1 would make me like eloise. apart from the fte, i really liked when she stood up at grace on the investigation and on the trial too (even if she was wrong). seeing ppl hate on her and love grace so much makes me sad and a little angry
damon for being someone who really judge others for how the interact and think he doesnt seem to be aware of his own problems... he is really mean, sometimes i love him sometimes i hate him, eloise deserved better
@@revenge0028 but I don’t think he should’ve continued to ask about her dad if she got silent all of a sudden
oh my god shes coming for us in chapter 2😭😭
in the next fte damons gonna say something a lil too mean and eloise will just straight up stab him 😭😭
These ftes made me have crazy beef with damon bro😭😭
From playing, she seemed like she would mostly be the meek, helpless character, but girl can really stand on her own! That changes all the theories I had about the next story development~
I love her parting words in the last FTE. Hehehe.
Ohhhh and she's a Queen for that
Put that man in his PLACE Eloise!
Yesss exactly!!

@@miguelctbs5477 And she looked hot doing so.
@miguelctbs5477HELP😭
"ELOISE LAST GIRL STANDING" we all say in unison
Nah i hope she's play a killer lore. Execution for Fencist ultimate sounds interesting
Eloise please dont die eariler on
She’s honestly quite intense
Good on Eloise for putting Damon in his place!
(((I'll try not to mention any spoilers and, um, if you took the time to read this then thank you!)))
I always thought Eloise would either survive or end up a killer.
Or even maybe a Kaede, trying to kill Tozu or Mara, failing and accidentally killing someone else
Who knows? We'll just have to wait and see.
i never realized how rude damon is 😭
He definetly was rude here but I'd say he's more arrogant and inconsiderate than just plain rude.
@julianogueira714 so real
13:28 I wonder what the charity is and why she stopped herself from disclosing it? hm
These are great many thanks, I subbed
Thanks u so much.
17:15 ooh a new sprite! I wonder what her last fte is gonna be like, imo she's giving kind of a killer vibes?
idk she just seems so on guard and cautious at times
SPOILER WARNINGBFOR CHAPTER 1
That sprite actually shows up at the end of chapter 1 when she asks Eva why she killed Wolfgang infront of Diana
Eloise is clearly the chapter 2 culprit, she already has 5 pages out of 6, she can’t survive too long
I knew she was a shady queen with that I’ll report it to tozu line. Immediately up my ranks to best character spot.
The fact they fight and is hard for her to open up makes me lose hope they’ll be closer in the story later on bc it wouldn’t make sense to make them closer in the story but then if u want to do her fte then they fight… idk
15:59 the casual gay rep yess

BYEEEE HER BEING READY TO THROW HANDS OH DAMON GET UP!!😭😭
I can bet she's going to kill someone.
Her personality is very different from what she showed in the Chapter 0.
I have a hunch that she'll become next killer or antagonist
i mean she could be a killer but idk ab being antagonist because that's still essentially damon
@@JennyFanFics Damon isn't an antagonist. He physically can't be. Protagonist is the character whose POV we follow. That's Damon. Antagonist would be the character opposing Damon.
I believe that Kai would be the support and Diana would be the antagonist. It's just the way things ended in Chapter 1 for me. I might be wrong 😓

Honestly that last free time event gave me vibes that she would be a killer in a later chapter. I dunno why, maybe it's due to the fact that her sweet personality can easily be erased and she'll instantly start swearing and be intimidating.

7:48 HELP WHAT
WHO IS THIS DIVA??? 😻😻😻
"Damn, she got hands"
Tbh Damon needed some reality check pre and after trial, because what happened to one of his murderous friend really set him back to that hateful selfish prick he was at chapter 0 (even if that is justified, considering noone praised him for doing God's work once again and his most trusted friend out of all betraying him and spewing poison towards whole cast (they also ignored Damons presence once again) as a bonus)
I feel like the creators of the game used "..." for half of the words in the conservation like man, let them speak more
So, you're telling me Eloise can stab someone with a pen, but she lets herself get pounced on by Grace?
Eloise we love you please dont (literally) d1e
i think this girl bear a resemblance to Kanade Otokonoji (SDRA2) , she may be the scariest character of this game
I think Wolfgang is a lot more unsettling tbh.
I wouldn't take it THAT far, she does remind me of Mikan but not necessarily Kanade.
@TrevourShallaham she definitely has that “seems innocent enough but is far more capable in hurting others”
I know she’s not very cooperative with Damon during their conversations since she always seems to hold back on how much she wants to tell him.
@@BlahBlah-bb6rl possibly.
What's wrong with you girl? Just say you don't wanna talk
Yeah, a lot of that could be resolved with a "i don't want to talk about that/my personal life, please stop asking", or even a "i don't want to talk to you" since she clearly doesn't like damon
Eloise and Cassidy give me such chapter 3 victim vibes it’s not funny
I consider Eloise to be more of a late killer or a survivor. Based on what we know about her so far, she’s not afraid to hurt anyone if they get really invasive or try to fight her. She explains here that she can take out anyone she doesn’t trust, even with a freaking pin. Do I want her to survive? Absolutely, she’s my favorite character in this fangan, as well as the one character I simp for. Do I think that’s likely? Not really, unfortunately. I’m really excited with what they have in stores for her further on with the rest of the fangan.
