I often wondered if Turnbull had stood up for his convictions & got rolled - he would have won over the public for his stand & conviction. Just bided his time.       It sadly wouldn't have ended up like that. Malcolm Turnbull paid the price and it cost him his job. Rupert Murdoch's News Corp runs the Government at Federal level with the LNP party. Malcolm tried to fight against it but was removed from office.

    I got a call from The Australian recently. They asked me why I no longer subscribe to their news. To say I was curt in my response is an understatement, at best. I ended up saying, "I don't understand why I need to explain my reasoning behind cancelling my subscription to The Australian. I just stopped subscribing. That's it.     Is Paul Kelly really lamenting that Climate Change deniers aren't getting air time. Has the dog stolen his brain. If one of our most experienced journalists could question such a ridiculous scenario, heaven help the cadets as to how they could possibly value their future.
