Great Video. That mermaid is stunning. I stitch upside down too! :)

Yamir's silks are AHHHMAZING! I love them. Pomegranate Quaker would look amazing with that Blood Orange Silk. You could try Fox & Rabbit Fabrics (they are in Australia I believe) they may have higher count fabrics. ❄️☃️❄️

I love your mermaid how do you get your stitches so neat?

Hi Kylie! I've really focused on it with this piece. I typically work my rows from bottom to top, and always start my stitch in the top left of the X. I will use the English sewing method where possible (completing all the legs of a stitch going one way \\\ and then back again /// in the same row) - i find this helps to keep the row below it neat and can often mean your needle and thread isn't going through another stitch, rather into empty fabric which helps keep it neat!

Beautiful stitching, I am getting into the fancy ladies myself and they are so beautiful, so addictive 😍😄❄️

I stitch upside down all the time! I also find it uncomfortable to stitch in the top part of the QSnap and always flip my work when I get to that. The X lay the same and it’s much More comfortable 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

I’ve been catching up on all your videos recently and you totally enabled me to get contessa with Squid. It’s my first HAED and I’m so exited to start it later this year!

Glad it's not just me that's been stitching upside down! Oh i'm so glad! I'm not sure if you watch them but definitely check out Stitches by Shelby & Kelly at Animal Instinct here on floss tube - they're both stitching Mini Contessa with Squid!
