The tools are fairly old and first known versions I've been able to source come from the 1930's. These have been certainly manufactured to his specifications. "Perkins" is the latest to make that I've been able to find though they're pricey and still only available in limited quantities.
Way i do it, i cut the patter as usual, which will leave a high collar line, so rarely will it not be high enough (would have to be fairly hunched or something) then you simple take out what is needed to get rid of ripple on the back after first fitting. So you don't need this. This makes a good collar hiight, not like modern styles where what is wanted is that the collar lay complete flat with the fabric of the back and shoulders. But thats is accommodated too if. No need. Wonder how tailors got along before iphones?
Love to watch Jeff banks

Excellent tools! Much better than trying to balance a smartphone on someones shoulder.
Excellent tools and completely unnecessary. Only need typical tailors tape measure.
