4:38 the person in the outhouse is the original version of Raz his name is Dart they put him there as an easter egg. That's why when Raz is about to say his name Coach Oleander says it starts with a D, it's a reference to the original character.

D'artagan, who went by Dart for short, was the original protagonist of the game. Trouble animating his hat led to a character design change though, and the team felt a different name fit the new character better.

I just beat this game, but for some reason the version I downloaded got buggy during cutscenes and when I got to the ending, it glitched right to the credits. Disappointing to say the least, but thankfully TH-cam had me covered. Thanks for uploading this dude.
You know it took me the longest time to beat this last part because I was so irritated at those rabbits zombie thinks and the tons of bullshit you have to go through just to save a rabbit I ended up breaking my left joy stick and not playing the game for about a year and a half before beating it I looked up the ending and then said fuck it I’ll beat it

Maybe it was packed on the jet just in case or if Lili had the old outfit (somehow stored maybe similiarly how Raz carries all the stuff throughout the game, psychologicaly packed somehow) meant as a memento of her new boyfriend.
For some reason, I don’t think it _does_ take place in 2005. I don’t know if the creators have said anything about it, or if there are other hints in the game regarding the year, but I always thought it took place in the ‘70s based on people’s clothes and some of the tech up on the surface of the camp. Of course Nein and Cruller have way advanced tech, but they’re secret agents, of course they’ve got neat tech. Plus, it just seems like a very ‘60s and ‘70s thing to do to disguise a secret psychic super-soldier training facility as a children’s summer camp, what with the cold war and everything.
im here after the sequel, but i think its widely believed to take place in the 1980s for to a few reasons. the main one i can recall rn is the theming in Helmut's level in pn2 being 1960's inspired and since he 'died' for 20 years his mind would've been stuck in the time period that he died at. also, there is a significant lack of 'modern' things that would definitely exist in 2005, with the only things close to that being all the crazy machinery that is obviously meant to be entirely fictional like the jet there is probably more proof backing this up/ plotholes in this theory but honestly it feels the most realistic to me, and i dont feel like recalling every bit of psychonauts lore just for a youtube comment

You know, this boss really sucked. Run for a bit, button mash, run for a bit, button mash, etc. For a game so rich with ingenuity that displayed the level of mastery Tim Schafer and the team at Double Fine posses with making games, they dropped the ball on the last level as a whole.
nah, Raz is not very visually appealing without his hat and goggles. Like, the other characters (like Bobby) look ugly too, but Raz just looks... wrong. I'd rather look at Bobby all day than Raz without the hat.
Meat Circus actually isn't that hard. I admit I struggled with it a bit at first, but it was mostly because I literally forgot about levitation except for the obvious area (the bubbles that propel you upwards). Levitation makes the "bullshit impossible jumps" actually possible and it seems people tend to forget about it for some reason, myself included.

Bosses like this in games that have a lot of story and atmosphere aren't really designed around gameplay, they're about, like the game, story and atmosphere, which I feel this boss delivered.
I only just realized that 4:30 was supposed to be a time skip, and I felt bad for Raz only getting to experience one day of Summer Camp. ...It _was_ meant to be a time skip, right?
They had a really short deadline to complete the game, and since they found different publishers each time, the deadline always changed. Not everything in the game was how they wanted it to be.
Makes me SO happy is isn't going to be one of those great games/movies that leaves on a cliffhanger that's never resolved. I was sure it was going to be the case, when I played this game it was still obscure.

That hasn't been confirmed yet. According to Tim Schafer, it would cost $13 million to make. Notch said it's entirely possible for Mojang to get that much and publish the game.

Heya, after a month, I tried it out, and I selected my safe file "bed" and all I could choose is from "sasha's underground lab" and "the collective unconscious" but none called "Point of no return"..
Part of me feels like Raz's dad should have joined them; him being revealed to be a psychic came out of nowhere but having him join the group to look after Raz would have reinforced the twist and would have been touching.
there actually is no proof that they're working on it, other than the fact that Notch said he would donate a few months ago. For all we know, it could be a joke. So don't get your hopes up! XD
They really are working on it. There are even videos from DoubleFine that shows early demo stuff and teasers for the game. Raz was meant to look sort of the same yet slightly updated but he has been redesigned so that he is slightly older (maybe a year older at the most) and wears a combination of his Psychonatus outfit from the end scene of PN1 and his "psycadet" outfit (like his helmet and jacket).
