the one with the detachable screen you have to push the reset button down with a pen because when you plug the screen in it doesn't know the screen is connected
@@erdemcanaldirmaz2982 No, not exactly. Digitizer is a component of the touchscreen assembly. Either the touch matrix is broken or the chip is fried, it seems. However, I have seen software-related issues causing dead touch, especially if you flashed a new rom that is incompatible with it.

In this issue you Need to hold the RST button for 5-10 seconds while you hold it you need to put your finger also on the turn on/off button. Hold your finger until it is full startet.
@@FarhanAhmed-bl2wt so you tryed already with RESET button for 5-10 seconds while you hold also at the same time the turn on/off button? 1) hold reset button and the ON/Off button together 2.) after 10 seconds release the reset button. (stay with your finger on on/off button) 3.) the system should now restart then you can release also your finger from the on/off button now touchscreen should work again

Same issue as well, it worked after I disconnected the battery, but then its back to being stuck on location

Use OTG and mouss to navigate then go to factory settings and format it and it may be work ..

The digitizer is dead on that one, there's nothing you can do. You should send it right back.
