All the food really looked amazing! But, when Jason took that back strap off the smoker my mouth watered and I was ready to hop on the next flight to Idaho! You’re 💯 % correct when you say there’s a high degree of satisfaction in harvesting and eating your own game meat. This is especially true after a hard hunt when you get back to camp at 11:00 pm with seventy pounds of meat on your pack frame, you’re hungry, ready to collapse, but you’re on cloud 47!
