    Hello fams! I know I promised a 20 minute video next but I really didn't want this weekend to pass without an upload. So here's something we can enjoy while I work on fulfilling my promise 😊❤.
    Meanwhile, Cameroon will never cease to amaze me. Watch to find out why.

    Hotel Le Quai D'Orsay in Simbock has a nice indoor swimming pool should you ever feel like swimming when it’s raining. Worth a look

    Humm it’s interesting to know the passport procedure is this quick now I hope they have an office like that in Douala too, because that place we used to go was a headache then.

    • @JoanSweet

      I'm not sure but I hope so too. To even have a system that is truly working in Cameroon is quite surprising I won't lie.

    I did my passport just over a year ago in Bamenda before the new system came in place. Bda’s immigration office had the best service when it came to passports. I actually left yde to go do it in bda. But things are probably different (hopefully even better) now.

    • @JoanSweet

      Waow its nice to know something good coming from bamenda. We just need good governance and alot will change about this country. Thanks for the insight Godson 😊😊

      @@JoanSweet Yes I actually made a tweet a while back about how different the office in bda is from what we normally know govt offices to be like. The employees are so patient and helpful. It’s almost hassle free. It was really a refreshing experience.

    In many African countries they bid for the price. I honestly already know I'm not good at that.

      Parts of Cameroon; The north and south west regions are experiencing serious unrest. Its been chaos for the past 6 years and there is no resolution to the problem yet 😓

    The outside grounds of an official building should look official! That’s shameful! Do better, Cameroon government! However, I’m impressed by the quickness of the processing time! Good job, Cameroon government! It takes 8-11 weeks to get an American passport, 5-7 if you pay extra money to expedite the process.

    • @JoanSweet
      @JoanSweet  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Truly the processing time is what is most impressive cause its actually a working system. Great on their part 😊
