I run 2x Frostbolt in the Secret Mage I hit Legend with. I cut Sayge and Ice Block and play a much more aggressive list with 2x Netherwind Portal instead of Counterspell.
I found that Counterspell is dead against most Aggro matchups, and almost every control player plays around it anyway. It's just the Druid decks that whirlwind slam spells down without abandon.

I dont like the crab there as its hard to get value, would instead run rat pack aka the rat secret which gets more value especially in mid to late game where opponents play more cards, just a suggestion but still amazing

They typically like to keep keywords in specific expansions. I think it's in an effort to help new players so they don't have to learn 15 keywords at once. You'll see the same thing with echo/ repeatable this turn.
