Yes, cos they have both upgraded the graphics and the CPU and also upped the necessary compute amount for the CPU, the recommended PC specs are higher now, the first game was launched five years ago.

i hope the fps pack is legit, but i have doubts that it wont harm my pc. highly recommend creating a restore point before trying this.

It's likely to be caused by something else, Exit Lag doesn't have any config to negative effect your pc with frames bro
