- In this Guide to Santa Ponsa Mallorca (Mallorca), I give an overview of Santa Ponsa resort centre if you are thinking of booking your Summer holiday. Filmed in July 2021, you’ll see Santa Ponsa was unusually quiet, but hopefully, this will change going into Summer 2022.
In this Mallorca vlog, you’ll see the two sides of Santa Ponsa. The East Side of Santa Ponsa, and the West side. You’ll see what Santa Ponsa beach is like, and what is available to rent.
I will also take you down on the walkway which follows the coast where you will find little coves and other restaurants.
You will also get an idea of Santa Ponsa resort centre - what bars and restaurants are available and where some of the hotels and apartments are located.
We will then walk to the crossroads near the Square and meet once again on the coastal pathway.
I’ll also show you the best place to watch the sunset in the South West of Mallorca - at Costa de la Calma which is just a short walk away from Santa Ponsa.

I bought a front line apartment up on Carrer Huguet Des Far back in 1984, next door was the Jardin del mar/ Jardin del Sol complexes.
I always have happy memories of Santa Ponsa, even though I sold it after my lovely wife passed away.

First came to Santa Ponsa around 13yrs ago,and I loved it that beach is beautiful. Although it's near magaluf it's nothing like it,not as rowdy shall we say,it's more of a mature place nice and relaxing. Fingers crossed to come back again in June,I'll expect some mighty changes.
Oh it'll be interesting for you to see how much it's changed. It shouldn't have changed too much and I can promise the beach is as lovely as before!

nice vid.. thanks..just came back.. stayed at Rey Don Jaime.. Fantastic.. Could not fault it although some rooms not brilliant views. wasn't a prob as so good. No silly sunbed wars and zero litter.. Recommend Balco De Maria restaurant.. Oh yeah I managed the steps right to top .. Any recommendations for Mallorca at Christmas.anyone?. We are lucky to be 2 mins from Southend Airport..

@@sherbelajo6290 depending on where you are on the island, my experience is, within 10-20 minutes, you can leave a peaceful beach, and be at the many busy shopping streets, restaurant areas and so on. Especially in and around the Palma area ☀️

hi there, im looking to travel to mallorca this year but not sure where to go, ive never been before, i would like to just walk out my hotel turn left or right and find a bar and restaurant , beach front ideally , any ideas thanks,

It's a mix... the town where the bars are are usually lively in a normal summer. See my live stream from today.

Been to Santa Ponsa and while it's ok, Palma Nova is much better. When we go to Palma Nova we tend to do a day trip to Santa Ponsa but quickly remember it's not that great. There's not as many nice bars and restaurants. Mind you if you want it quiet, then it's ok.
It's pretty this year though!

Hi Alan, you're a very flat 5 minute stroll to the beach. Infact when you hit the seafront you will be more or less right infront of the boardwalk which will take you down to the sand. When it all gets set up for Summer I'll point it out for you. No need to worry.
