I found Twilio very complex, although it has some extensive library, I don't seem to find what I am looking for easily. And yet, Twilio system, I find, is quite the neat technological setup. I'd be curious how to receive a call, answer it and if not available after so many rings, direct it into voicemail -- on Flex, like you showed in your video. Unfortunately, Phyton is not a language that I know. I play around with PHP but I saw, some of the documentation on Twilio for PHP is outdated. Thank you for your video! I hope you came back with more.
I managed to forward the number, but can get the voicemail. I am using a URL for the voicemail, but instead when I call the number I just get my providers voicemail. Any suggestions?
Can twilio be used to as an incoming call system that can route calls, for example, "thank you for calling, for service A please press 1, for service B, please press 2, for all other questions please press 3, to leave a message please press 4". Then depending on the number selected by the caller the system can route calls to the correct person. Can twilio do this?
Yes. You should be able to do this in Twilio Studio with the Gather and "Split Based On" widgets. www.twilio.com/docs/studio/widget-library/gather-input-call#example-routing-calls-with-gather-input-on-call
@@professionalhealthac.trthc9117 Yes. Try the "Play" widget that allows you to play a pre-recorded audio file for the caller. www.twilio.com/docs/studio/widget-library/sayplay#play-a-message-configuration
I'd keep it at, let's say, 7-8 seconds, but then there are also more complicated setups, such as 'choose this for this'. Sadly, Twilio never gives you clear instructions as to where you can enter those scripts and snippets. I succeeded receiving phone call and setting up voicemail. I don't think I used Flex. I know you need to dial your own number first before you dial out, but that has to be set up (where?). You cannot see if the call comes in through Twilio or your own private phone... which is a big issue, you don't want to answer your personal call with a company greeting. For which, I think Twilio charges extra, as far as I can figure. It's a headache and yet to be resolved.

Is there a way we can email the wav file and / OR the voicemail to a designated email address?
Hello, Where do I find the PyCharm app you are using?

Hola tienes algun correo para hacerte unas preguntas?
Voicemail shouldn't be like - go straight to voicemail. It should be like after 10 seconds of ringing - you go to voicemail.
