Jane Clayton as " Sue ' later shortend her first name to ' Jan ' and played ' Ellen Miller ' on T.V.'s " Jeff's Collie " ('Lassie ) from 1954-1957 with George Cleveland ('Gramps') and Tommy Retig ('Jeff Miller' ). She was briefly married to Russell Hayden whom played 'Lucky Jenkins ' in several Hopalong films including this one.
Except for Evelyn Venable who refused to kiss in any episode the later episodes had lucky and the single “prospective “ lady’s kissing before any future marriage proposal which I’m very sorry about. B/C the children saw a very uncommon Hopalong! Evelyn Venable was very Right in refusing to do those more intimate personal relationship with Lucky that won’t continue in future episodes!
🌻Thank Heaven for🐴 Hoppy! 🐎Thank you for putting them on for us!🌵🐐🌵
Brilliant actors who play Hoppy and Lucky..Boyd and Hayden..They play their characters brilliantly...

@@RetiredSchoolCook the best handle i've seen yet, quite informative
I love the looks Hoppy gives the Baron when first seeing him. Almost like he knows that Morris Ankrum is usually a bad guy who is up to no good!
Exactly! 😅
You cannot get one pass Hoppy! 👍👊

Clean, wholesome, no CGI, and no stupidity (e.g. 'women beating up on men').
The Kings men sang "look for the silver lining" with Paul Whitemans orchestra in 1932.
Other than the hissing sound, great upload
This must have been before Colonal Sanders's came along because I don't see anyone eating fried chicken. 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Lucky married her in real life.
The younger supporting actor (here Hayden) always over eager with the gals and jealous of Hoppy. Not to mention being stupid.
And, he convincingly played the role that he was given - ehh? 😏

When will these guys learn to not quit shooting off their mouths if front of their competitors???😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮

How come Lucky is always trying to get Lucky?
the one constant in all of these movies, is, somebody can' keep their mouths shut. they don't write new scripts, they just rearrange the old ones
Well that howling bothered me. I don't consider that music at all. It's just so much moaning. Not music at all. 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Jan Clayton as Sue Willard.
Thanks
i could do a roaring trade in spectacles, they can't even tell a girl from a boy, when she's right under their noses
I'm not too impressed with the music. 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😅😅😅😅😅😅😊😊
duno why he's called lucky. he never gets lucky with the ladies. maybe it's what the old married men named him
Like the dog one eye, one ear, three legs responds to name Lucky.
U aasHole
Goodstuf
They make Lucky such a sap
that's a trotter and he's the rotter
