To sketch out the shapes of the scales you can use kind of brown (light brown) pencil eyeliner or pencil brow eyeliner, to create and shape the actual scales she used mod rock then stuck them on with glue, you could use Kryolan Pros-Aide, wig glue (but be cautious), or even Duo Eyelash Glue
I apologize if this was already answered, but you mentioned you used Model Magic and stuck them to your brow/face. Did you use an adhesive to get them to stay on or, do they dry and stay on? Thanks!!
