Really enjoyed doing this mission. Had to do it solo...with a few looks at a guide but was fun to do. Had to do it twice though as got kicked back to orbit halfway through the final boss. Think I mite need a friend to help me through legendary though. Great video, funny to watch.

If you’re running a Solar subclass, I found that you can bypass the lasers with your super. I found it most beneficial when I realized I didn’t have an eager edge sword on me, and the API was down. It was the laser room for the start of the robot dog.

Doing that mission solo was a bit frustrating due to me being confused at some parts. For example; the beginning with the rock face, I didn't see that there was a pathway leading up. What I did instead was literally climb up wall using Lion's Ramparts, landing on the tiny ledges found between the wall and cliff face. Didn't see the path until after I was on top. Felt like an idiot.

Don’t do a finisher on the captain that is supposed to drop the item to open that one door before the first encounter. He won’t drop it if you do, and you will get locked out of completing the mission
I just did this last night on Legend difficulty for the shiggles. Operation: Seraph's Shield itself was a pretty cool mission. I liked that it had some little "puzzles" here and there to solve. It felt a bit long, but I get it. Not sure how I feel about everything leading up to it though. Right now I'm kinda eh, but maybe by the end of the season I'll change my mind.
As a pve/gambit hunter main; this was not the bad. It was actually incredibly fun. The challange from solo flawless run on normal and legend was refreshing. 10/10 bungo

You can also bypass using blink. It is a bit cumbersome if you aren't used to using blink, but no need for ammo or waiting for having a super.
