Highest dps always depends on the situation (boss fight/mobs...). If you are searching for a broken class, luckily there is no broken class anymore =) There is no healer class. Dark Lord can heal but the heal has very long CD. I am playing on the KR server.

i would recommend wing gun, wbow has more raw dmg, but wing guns have more crit chance.For artifact you can go for: rainbow, frenzy or at thend for hysteria.
if you use long cd skills, then cd red is worth it. I am not sure about the mp red. If you have a good "rotation", you shouldnt have too much mana problems.

What i'd like to see is a build that assumes max soul lvl of 500 points (which i am fully aware takes forever to get) and then organize them all in t1 to t3 priorities, t1 being absolutely necessary, and t3 useless, for warmages.
It depends on how many points you have already put in the souls skills, each point spend will cost you 10k zen to reset. (eg.: to reset 15 points you need 150k zen)

if you consider that 30% is crit chance cap, then 3% a lot ^^ And also the lvl 30 passive, dont forget about that ;)

nooo those 60 points in exp are wasted after reaching lvl 65 =/ you will loose so much dmg.

if you struggle to sruvive 1st evasion -> 2nd (30) healther->crit chance
If not 1st Crti cahcne->2nd (30) Healthe->evasion

Hello Mate, for a leveling player would it be nice to go for EXP soul?
it is not bad but once you reach lvl 65 you have to reset the tree, which will cost you at least 600.000 Zen. Keep that in mind.

first you should lvl up crit chance or evasion(depending on your artifact/build), then 30 points in health for life leech.
So tier one dps Attack, Critcal rate, Health
Tier 2 critcal Damage , Cool down reduction
Tier 3 HP recovery, Exp (early?) did I miss anything?
for wm for example is CD red> attack
and for DL and Blader Def and Evasion are T1 too
but everything else is correct ^^

It is not that hard, but it will maybe reduce the lvl up time to 65 by 30 min maybe.

yes click on bottom left of "reset", for every point spend, it will cost 100k zen to reset.

how about going full EXP until lvl65 ?
mahmoud ayman that is recommended if you want to level fast. gaining money at high level is easy so you can reset it when you are max level.
To be honest, most of the soul skill milestones are trash, I wish game devs would put some thoughts in the milestones to make them more attractive.
