Bills still need a #1 WR talent. But the way they're doing it this year will only further help Allen thru his career develop identifying what opposing defenses are giving him and make him a more methodical assassin to pick them apart finding the openings.
@@Stockhandle123If they had Diggs they wouldn't have the offense they have today and be stuck in the same retread with Diggs narcissism demanding to be forced the ball for his own selfish benefit even at the detriment of the teams best interest.
Big names or not, if our defense can somehow mesh together, and Josh can keep being smart with the ball, we can definitely be a huge threat. Excited for this season.
That fumble comes down to chemistry & trust. If he makes the throw, Samuel takes a big hit Josh waits to see if he's going to turn the route up waiting on TD. We've seen Josh and Diggs hit that so many times.
@@jcZo23😂 the DL was great yesterday despite being without their DE4/5 on Sunday. Von was getting consistent pressure. Groot was unblockable. Daquan had multiple pressures and a batted pass. They gave up 265 total yards and 4.1 yards a play. WRs were also just fine. Hollins, Coleman, and Shakir all played very well. MVS had a really nice gain on a comeback route and was just missed on a deep post by Allen. LBs were fine too. Conner had 16 carries for 50 yards and got 20 of those on one carry. 0 deep passes completed to WRs, so safeties weren't really a problem either. Their roster is on par or better than what they took into week 18 last year.
@peterwilson4865 it was the Cardinals & Like I said, not a Bowl Caliber roster & no, they were far from great in the 1st half.. its been the same DL for years & they stink in the playoffs, not Bowl Caliber at all..
@@jcZo23 I agree they haven't consistently played well against KC or in other playoff elimination games, but they also aren't the same line at all. Never have they had a healthy Von in the mix. Solomon played great during the preseason and earned a spot and had a great college production resume and good athleticism. The DT depth was majorly upgraded from the usual Phillips/Settle garbage they've had before. They're good and deep.

Joe Brady needs to call more play action on early downs, especially when the run game is cooking early in games. At times, he seems to just spam certain plays over and over again rather than trying to build off of what is working.
You just never fn know that was the starters first (real) (practice) game yes they should've been better but that's the first time all our boys were on the field at once

Joe we should be able to run the ball for modest gains even when they know it’s coming, if 1st and 10 runs are getting blown because it’s predictable then they are not blocking it correctly
When your trying to burn clock passing is not great, Bills should be able to power run for 3-4 yards on first down even when it’s obvious, play action should be the move on 2nd and 3rd down. To be clear I’m not advocating for running every first down I’m just saying we should be able to for minimal effect at will
Good to great like always against them en route to another decisive victory. Their DL last year at this point in the season was way more talented. They lost Wilkins by far their best DT. Chubb will likely not make an impact all year coming off another major knee injury and is still on PUP. Phillips had a sack, but he's still coming off of major injury too, so no guarantee he's close to 100%. Their secondary is suspect and old. Their LBs are meh. Josh has another 300+ yards of offense and 3+ tuddies. It's written in the stars at this point.
Sometimes I want you(Joe) to just come out and say it. The Bills love Allen and how he can scramble and make plays. How about stop forcing the Allen run and dish it off to Samuel or Cook more. ALLEN NEEDS TO STOP throwing his body around THINKING ALL THE PRESSURE IS ON HIM. ITS WEEK 1!!!!

In the back half of last year we heard that Diggs wasn't being targeted as much because the defence was overloading coverage on him. Now that Kincaid is one of our top primary receivers, the argument is that he only gets two targets in the opener because the Cards defence was ganging up on him. Is that really Joe Brady's logic?
@@DeepThinker-gc8nz If he’s your top receiver, the OC will be able to design him open and he’ll be able to separate and make contested catches. Why does Mahomes still throw to Kelce?
Throwing to your best target and force feeding him are two different things. Kincaid will get action, but it is Allen’s job to hit the most open player to move the sticks. Kelce is not always impactful because of catches he is effective at drawing coverage as well, or was before he turned 50
Agree but I gotta say I loved the way Allen trusted and threw to the rookie Coleman#0 who while covered used his size and worked his way back to the ball and secured the catch. That’s the contested 50/50 performance that has been missing on the receiving corps. Hope to see more of that from the new guys!
Josh and the Bills own Miami. Just stop with the crying. We are getting that damn win. But it is one game. We are winning this division and going on to great things. Let's see if Tua can stay healthy.
I hate it when they attempted only 5 passes in the first half of the game. They need to use the passing game to open up the running scheme. Not the other way around. This is Josh Allen's team.
Good players get injuries from bad coaching. Bad plays make good players work to make plays. Cook isn’t a starter anywhere else. McDermott is far too conservative.
Trout mouth there is no chance the Bills get blown out, looking at a close game but the pressure is coming for Tua and it dosent matter how much weight he has gained or lost they will put him back in the suitcase
Josh is 10-2 in 12 games vs Miami with a 110.1 passer rating, 33 pass tds, 7 ints and an additional 5 rushing touchdowns. I'll take the Bills. It'll be close but it also might be a Bills blowout. As long as Allen's left hand doesn't affect his performance we should beat the fish. But anything is possible. I still think Allen and Bills win the division again.
You have said that multiple times. Allen is 13 and 2 against miami. The only two losses was a dropped touchdown in his rookie year and the heat game where it was 120 degree heat index that the Bills dominated outside of the scoreboard. It was over 400 yards of offense to 200 in that game. That is a big anomaly. I will go with Allen every time. I would be 13 wins to two losses. I like those odds.
