I've been watching this revised version of the earlier series that was aired some time ago and am very impressed by the supered acting of the ML ( Zhou Yu Fei ), the FL ( Guo Yu Xin) as well are the mother to the ML. Not forgetting to mention the Zhang Lau Xi. They all did a great job in their acting skills together with the strong supporting cast. What impressed me most is that there were very little unnecessary scences are being shot to drag on the time; no bickerings, no fighting, no slapping and abuse of the FL. Both ML and FL spelt out their thoughts, their intentions, misunderstanding with each other right from the beginning of the show till the end. All parties have a lot of dialog and communication with one another ( espresso the ML and FL ) throughout the entire show. Something very different from a lot of those other dramas l've watched before. The storyline is good. It keeps the audience glued to the screen because of the many twist and turns in the plot. I've watched both series three times each and am still not bored. It shows the audience that even though others may have treated you badly but it's not always necessary to take revenge nor harbour bad and evil thoughs against your enemies as shown by the FL. Karma will catch up on them ultimately. The FL was able to play her role flawlessly. She's beautiful, young and has a sweet, innocent, demure look coupled with a passion to learn and strive for a better future for herself and her family. A filial daughter in law, an obedient, loving and respectful wife to her husband who knows her place both in the home and office.The ML too though a bit mature but still very devastatingly handsome, charming, debonair and extremely good looking. 0:080:08 He is very charming, tender, patient, understanding, protective and loving to his wife and also a filial son to his mother. A very responsible man to his family and business venture. In the drama we can also see how the couple slowly developed their love and care for each other. The FL is very lucky to be able to escape from the ill treatment of her adopted parents and subsequently met and fell into the arms of a good man to be her husband and wonderful father to her unborn child. So thankful to the director, producer and script writer to review and revised the first version of this drama with a very good and meaningful ending part to meet and satisfy the requests of the audience. It seems that both ML and FL have not appeared nor acted much in some other Chinese dramas before. Hopefully the director, producer and script writer will come up with more of such meaningful dramas where we the audience are once again be fortunate enough to watch all four of the above actors ( especially the ML and FL ) to appear in front of the screen again in the very near future. They are both very matching and compatible to act as a loving couple on screen. Finally congratulations to everyone of you for remaking this wonderful drama for our entertainment. We will be looking ook forward to see more of both ML and FL to appear on the screen again soon. 😊😊😊
This was a terrific version of this drama. I m so happy the CEO was so supportive of his young bride and she in return loved him as he loved her. This was beautiful acted by all, but I fell in love with the the lead couple so I’m biased. And also grateful for the happy ending❣️Great Job You All💜
Besides the ML and FL's acting i just love to watch the mother-in -law's acting especially in the last few scenes when she was reprimanding her rebellious second son for trying to poison her. It's was so well 😊portrayed and so real that she should be awarded with an accolade for best supporting actress. Not forgetting to mention Zhang lao shi. He too puts up his really good acting skills as a cool, calm and rational person as a famous antique curator and also as a kind and cool tampered father to his daughter and son- in - law. Well done.

Her family was going to sell her off to an old man and she begged her mother not to do that, and that’s when her mother said she was picked up & not her daughter, but she crawled and walked to outside of the room and bumped into the CEO and both had been drugged by their family( her parents / His Brother). He is perfect age for her in marriage❣️ Now a days if you don’t marry quickly after high school or college your chances of getting married drop by a lot. Then it’s either pickings are too old or too young man or or woman doesn’t matter! So be aware to marry when you can if your getting married 🦋
