    Ingredients:
    2 pomfret fish (cleaned and slit)
    one teaspoon kabab masala
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon red chili powder
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    Salt to taste
    Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Marinade:
    In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, kebab powder
    red chili ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
    2. Marinate the Fish:
    Rub the marinade all over the pomfret fish, making sure it gets into the slits.
