The commander mutant is added since the bunker released bro i got him once, you simply need to keep driving until he spawns he can spawn after the bunker, even at 50k meters

Day 2 of asking kingkade to fix the sport coupe car (also make this the top comment so kingkade can see this ) The problem with the coupe car is it uses alot of gas , like 1 litres evey few hundred metres not thousand , next without the engine glitch it has terrible acceleration and now that it is patched its kinda bad now yhe next one is a rlly bad cuz just imagine u hop onto plains map , fix the coupe n go to the river , what do you expect? U put fuel and go but WRONG YOU CANT because the car pushes the platform so ur stuck u might say to drive on the water but NO it kills you now so the only thing it is useful for is desert and if you get the bag v2 there is almoat nothing to do there
