either PTO wasnt on or they just pack it at idle yes that truck has seen better days it will probably be in that big garbage truck junk yard in the sky soon or they will just throw a new body on it till it blows up lol lot of haulers are doing that
It’s amazing some towns recycle others don’t care at all! So much cardboard and paper in the trash.
