When I am watching this second time, I realized Ertugrul has done some mistakes just like his father. Many times Suleyman Shah didn't listened to Hayme, and she proves to be right (he also told in last episode that he should've listened to her). But here this is related to Islamic warriors, their struggle and survival for Islam, so writers and directors tried in their best way to highlight the heroes of the past and give some trigger to the lost Imaan in our generation. The power of faith in Allah (swt).
Any video made in this world cannot depict the exact scenes happened in past, they need to take cinematic liberty to make it visually appealing otherwise no one will spend their precious time on these shows, so the story will be modified accordingly only the essence and intention remains same.
Before this I feel so sorry for Al Aziz as people around him make a fun of him. And now Gundoglu becomes a toy for Selcan and Kurdoglu.

At times I can excuse Selcan because she is doing this out of hate for her father's murder. Sometimes I feel sorry for her. She is completely alone. But Kurdoglu is evil absolutely evil.
Kurdoglu also lost his entire family for the sake of the tribe. All he wants is peace not more war.

Oh absolutely not. Just look at the difference between Gokce and Selcan. Selcan is full of hate, because her nature is inclined towards the negative. However, you can fight this. You can choose to not hate and try to understand the circumstances.
When Gokce was speaking to Aykiz, it became apparent that Selcans/ Gokce's father was a traitor (just like Kurdoglu) and that is the reason why he was executed by Suleyman bey.
Gokce understands this, but Selcan does not. Not because she is not intelligent, but because she chooses to hate and create havoc in the tribe.
