In this video i'm showing how to make a simple automatic ON OFF Light using Triac and LDR. It will keep off light at day and in dark light will automatically turn on.
The circuit is made with light sensitivity adjust pot, so that you can set it perfect according to light conditions.

Flickering can be a problem with LED bulbs since the voltage is sharply cut at a relatively low frequency
Incandescent bulbs have thermal inertia so flbicering is not such a problem

Using triac it will flicker little in incandescent bulbs but not much in led blubs, but using relay based circuit it doesn't flicker.
