I dont know if you guys know the scoring system so here is how the points work:
The number cards are worth whatever number is on the card
+2, Reverse direction and Skip are worth 20
any of the black cards are worth 50
at the end of each round, the points for the remaining cards are added to give you a score.

How does challenging work
+4 is usually supposed to be played when you do not have the colour or the number of the card in play. Lets say there is a blue 7 is in play right now so I have to play a blue card or a 7 from my hand. Despite having a blue card from my hand, I instead play a +4 (basically bluffing to my opponent telling them that I dont have any blue cards or 7 in my hand). If the opponent feels that I have a blue card in my hand, they can challenge me. If the opponent challenges me, I show them my cards. Because I had a blue card, I will have to draw 6 cards despite as the opponent I played the +4 on caught my bluff.

Can someone explain what a challenge is
When someone plays a +4 card you can challenge. You get 4 cards but if u challenge and win they get the cards but if you lose a challenge you get 6 cards. You win if the player who played the +4 could have played a different card
Let's say the last card laid down is blue and in my hand I have a blue and +4. I choose to lay down the +4 and someone challenged me I get +4 because I could have laid down the blue
Basically if someone lays a +4 even though he could play other cards you can challenge him and he gets the +4. On the other side, if he genuinely had nothing else to play and you still challenge you get to draw 6 cards. I hope it's clear :)
