    Cool walk through!! Interested in how you installed the fresh water and gray tanks. Was kind of hard to see in the video.
    Thanks, Jonny and Colleen

    Thanks for the insight! I'm starting my own mobile coffee bar, as well! Ironically, my work now is literally near that classic car show! I see it every week when I leave work, but I've never noticed you guys. I'll have to stop by! I'd love to grab a drink and chat with you!

    Hey brother! Love the videos! We are buying our trailer next week and building out ourselves! Could you maybe make a video on lessons learned? Or shoot man I could email you a list of questions? I know thats asking for free advice! But I figured that i'd ask!

      Hey bro! Sorry, just saw this message! I will definitely make a "lessons learned" video! I'll also get back to you on the AMP box.

    Looks great!!
    How long does it take to close up and set up at each location? And how many locations could you theoretically do in a day?

    • @imperfectlyholistic
      @imperfectlyholistic  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Bruce! It typically takes about 30 minutes for both set up and teardown. We try not to book more than 2 stops a day. One morning and one evening event.

      @@imperfectlyholistic thanks so much for the answer, I really appreciate it.
      I have just started vending coffee about a month ago and built a small coffee cart that is on Wheels and can fit inside my van.
      The problem is it takes a good hour and a half to both setup and teardown, not including putting it inside the van.
      This really stops me from going anywhere else after my morning stop.
      I'm thinking about buying an older horse trailer and converting that so that I can close up and move to the next location easily, thereby hitting two to three locations a day.
      Does that sound too optimistic?

    • @imperfectlyholistic
      @imperfectlyholistic  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@boruchlen Sounds very doable! 3 might be a stretch if you need to refill water, ice, or gas if you're running a generator...I definitely think 2 is achievable. We could probably squeeze in 3 but we would be cutting it close depending on how far apart in distance the events are from one another. Best of luck!

      @@imperfectlyholistic thanks again so much for the reply.
      One last question, and I hope I'm not overextending my welcome :-), how many cups of coffee do you need to sell per location to make it worthwhile for you? I realize that everybody has a different projected need, and it depends on their overheads and cost of goods Etc, just wondering what would be classified as a decent day for for you in quantity of cups?

    • @imperfectlyholistic
      @imperfectlyholistic  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@boruchlen We typically have a $300 minimum per event. 50 is our minimum but we aim for 100 cups per event. Definitely not over extending, this is why we created this channel. ☕🤜🏻🤛🏻☕

    Hello. Did you build the coffee trailer yourself or have a contractor do the work? I am in the process of deciding if renovating a used trailer is more cost-effective than buying a new, custom-built. Time is money..
    Thank you in advance.

    • @imperfectlyholistic
      @imperfectlyholistic  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Dominique! We bought a new trailer and took it down to a foodtruck builder and had it built. At the time, we were both working fulltime and would not have had the time to build it ourselves.

    Is your mobile coffee trailer still around PHX?

      It is not. We sold the business and bought a house in Northern Arizona.
