I grew up in the most amazing small Southern Baptist Church, and when things would be hard my Grandma would sing this to me, as a reminder of how I was blessed. Many times I found myself at the alter while this song played, as I thanked God. But recently things have been bad, i found this song by accident. For the last 2 years I've faced some of the biggest storms of my life. Time and time again I've been knocked down, and many times I've wondered, "does God even love me anymore?" "Is God even real?". But on a 6 hour car ride to a very important meeting I found this song, and I just listened. And for the 1st time in so long I just prayed, and just thanked God for the blessings He provides daily. Tears fell, and I don't remember half of my drive because I just kept listening to this song, and crying and praying that things would some how work out, and that the storm in my life would calm. I can't express how much this song blessed me.
