THIS is the EXACT strategy I use to dropship products FROM amazon directly on to tiktok shop….and How I get past the tracking issues that most dropshippers deal with when try to sell on tiktok shop.
So, first it’s important to understand if you want to dropship directly to customers on tiktok shop, you NEED to change your shipping settings in the backend of your shop.
To do this go to orders (on the left)….then once you click that tab down, you’ll see shipping options.
Click that and that will take you to the page where you can then select the option to use seller shipping (and not the normal tiktok shipping labels).
If you don’t switch…and you continue to use tiktok shipping then your customer addresses will be blurred out when you get orders (so you won’t know where to ship them). I made this mistake in the beginning myself.
But assuming you’ve switched it to seller shipping, you can now dropship directly to your tiktok customers (you don’t need to hold any inventory yourself b/c you can see their addresses to order to their location…..and then you can input the tracking number from your supplier into your tiktok shop order).
Now, it’s also important to understand tiktok’s rules so you can do this properly….
On tiktok shop, you need to ship out in 3 days….and your products need to be delivered in under 11 days (assuming you’ve changed your shipping template to use economy shipping).
To do that, go to the same orders tab….then click shipping templates this time. And setup your shipping template.
You can select whether you want to charge for shipping or not….and you can choose what shipping options customers will be able to choose when checking out. This is where you’ll want to pick economy shipping.
That will buy you the most potential time to get your products delivered you’re allowed to have. But obviously if your product is delivered way ahead of that (it’s fine).
Because the longest shipping time you can have is 11 days I DO NOT RECOMMEND dropshipping from aliexpress or any overseas suppliers. It’ll result in annoyed customers, canceled orders where you’re losing money, and inevitably a suspended shop when your products aren’t delivered fast enough or your tracking numbers can’t be verified as delivered properly within the right time frame.
But none of this is a problem for me because I dropship from Amazon on to tiktok shop.
In the beginning I test with Amazon products b/c there’s MILLIONS of product you can choose from that have high quality product pictures and descriptions.
Plus, most higher rated products have AT LEAST a few review videos which means I can test products quickly WITHOUT needing to spend any money or any time creating videos myself.
And lots of them have dozens or even more. Which is a tiktok shop dropshippers DREAM. Stupidly easy.
I’ve talked about how I do this is another video in the past, I’ll link it in the bottom of the description if you want to learn how you can do it too.
Now, amazon is great because the shipping time to the customer is often super fast (even without prime). The quality is good so customers are happy. And if I ever need to return something I know they’ll honor a refund so I’m never jumping through hoops trying to get my supplier to take a return.
When you are dropshipping from amazon it’s important to understand you CAN’T use amazon prime. You need to use a normal amazon account with out….otherwise amazon will suspend your prime privileges for ordering to too many addresses.

You could teach these things in schools :D I started with literally nothing, and it's paying really great for me last few months (I am close to hitting 10k per month already). From Amazon to Tik Tok Shop: If they place the order through your tik tok shop.. You go ahead and “buy the product” but ship it to their house, correct? So you never touch the product? Want to make sure I understand. I had put my house address as the “Warehouse”.
Correct yup! Just make sure you’re changing your shipping settings in TikTok shop. Also make sure you’re not using prime.
Amazon will ban your account shipping products to a lot of different addresses.

I think i'm having the hardest time understanding how to get suppliers / products connected tiktok shop. Thats really getting me. The only integration I see in apps is CJ drop shipping on the seller center.
You can use any supplier that delivers in 11 days max and ships out within 3 days. You can either manually add products within TikTok shop or you can add products to your Shopify store and connect that. Either works 👍

You front the money for the order up until it’s delivered to the customer. Then you get paid out by TikTok more 👍

Great video, as always! Thank you! Regarding setting warehouse shipping speed to Economy vs Standard. Is there any reason Standard shipping is better in TikTok's eyes? I've had all my warehouses set to Standard and I'm finally gaining momentum, tho I do worry constantly abt meeting shipping deadlines. I think TikTok is helping to push my products and I'd hate for that to end (if I change something and fall out of favor.) Or for customers to balk at the estimated ship time... Do you still use faster settings when you can? Or just go Economy ship across the board?
I just go economy across the board. You might be right about that. It’s not crazy to assume they might be giving more visibility to products with faster shipping times (like Amazon). I haven’t split tested it enough both ways to know one way or the other…my guess would be they don’t, but honestly idk. Interesting thought 👌👌

1- If i dont use prime account the package will arrive to the customer in longer time + i will have to pay for the shipping... I saw that some people are using multiple Amazon account to ship to different addresses, can this work?
2- I saw that most of the sellers are dropshipping from Amazon and are selling on lower prices than Amazon.... How this is possible if you are also paying from shipping (as you are not using prime account), and I saw that Tiktok is not giving free shipping anymore...? I don't understand how to make money if you dropship from Amazon. Let's say that you buy a product for 8 usd in Amazon, for how much would you sell it in Tiktok Shop?

1. You don’t have to pay for shipping on lots of products (only if they’re under $25 and the seller is charging it - but anything above $25 gets free shipping even without prime and your products typically deliver in a week ish (obviously check the supplier and estimated shipping time to make sure though. I wouldn’t recommend using prime and cycling. It’s a consntat headache and might result in you personally losing access to prime too. I would just use a non prime account (it’s allowed).
2. For other people that are selling cheaper than amazon they’re probably getting their products from aliexpress or somewhere like that and if they’re in the US it’s only a matter of time until their account gets banned for it.

So I’ve heard that if you ship products to different addresses all the time from Amazon, Amazon will ban or close your account, cuz they don’t want you to use the as a dropshipping supplier. By dropshipping through Amazon, won’t they close it? Also if they close your Amazon buyer account, would that affect your Amazon seller account?? That’s what I’m worried about and if you can respond I’ll be happy!

Question for you-- how do I set up the transition between direct sales on my tik tok shop to amazon directly shipping to my customers? Do I have to manually put in their information into my Amazon account each order? Or are you utilizing a third-party drop shipping platform?
Switch your shipping settings in TikTok to use your own label. Then make sure you’re using a non prime Amazon account. I’d also recommend using track taco (don’t input the amazon tba tracking numbers)

You can’t on orders previously. You can only see them now going forward so you would need to order to yourself first and use the TikTok label for those past orders

Yes I use Amazon. You can put your address as the warehouse if you want. That’s what I did.

Hi Bryan, I have a question, do you need a legitimate LLC or business registered in order to sell on the shop? Is there draw backs to using your personal information instead? I have 2 shops and one is my business and the second is my personal info. The shops are both verified for selling
Nope you can use your personal info. The only benefit would be tax-wise

yeah just add your address or your prep centers. I have a an account setup with pod and they ship from multiple address (it can't be an issue - that wouldnt make sense)

Bryan, with drop shipping from Amazon, wouldn’t you need money to float the purchases from Amazon since TikTok Shop takes 10+ days after a buyer gets their products to release your funds?

Yeah you would need to float the $ for each sale ahead of time, but only after you’re guaranteed to profit from it in a week or so…and that window gets shorter on TikTok as you sell more.
I thought you cant dropship using amazon tracking numbers? For example are you saying I am now able to copy a listing from amazon and promote it on my Tik Tok Shop and once an order comes in I order it from amazon and ship directly to the customer? Is this what the basis of the video is?

You are drop shipping here. You’re just using amazon as a supplier. You don’t have to though. You can use any supplier that ships out in 3 days and delivers in under 11
When I clicked on the Shipping Options tab it took me to a different page for Warehous Settings where it asked me for a Pickup and Return Warehouse address. Would I just input the address I used to signup for TikTok Shop so I can access the page in the video?

People have been saying that if you're not the seller of that amazon product connected via multi channel fulfillment that you'll get suspended. So I don't mess with it just in case.

What if my products are coming from overseas warehouse instead of Amazon warehouse? It gave me a tracking number which is general style tracking number. I need assistance in this matter. ASAP or shpuld i follow the Taco Tracking? Additionally I am using Amazon prime should i go back to amazon ?
I wouldn’t dropship from overseas. Your shipping times will suffer and probably get your shop shut down. If you’re dropshipping directly then don’t use Amazon prime either (just a normal Amazon account without it).

They’re all technically other peoples IP if you’re using their pictures. But in short, you’re legally allowed to resell products. Check the first sale doctrine.

As long as it’s a ups,fedex, or usps tracking number you’re fine. If not, use track taco. I wouldn’t recommend using Temu though

How do you get around the constant DS amazon bans? I have burned through 10 amazon accounts, changing phone numbers, emails and i get about 20 orders and then bam!! any thoughts or insights would be great.

Yeah I’ve heard auto ds has one but I don’t use it. You don’t need to be an Amazon seller…you just need a normal buyer account (non prime).

Not for TikTok shop. Your orders will get canceled with long shipping times. Hass to be a supplier in the country that ships out in no more than three days and delivers in less than 11.

I haven’t seen that to be the case nope. People have been saying that about every platform for ever. But imagine how much data you would have to collect to check all that information just to make sure people were actually shipping from where they say they are. I’m sure they might look into a transaction or seller if they suspect something, but generally speaking no they don’t.
@@BryanGuerratv Since you can add multiple warehouses in the TikTok shop settings, do you think it would be wise to list the warehouse for each dropshipping supplier I am using instead of just listing my home address? I am also worried about the dropshipping address not matching my warehouse address on TikTok Shop. Also I won't be using Amazon as a supplier.

You’re not competing on price on TikTok shop. You’re selling directly with your videos to customers. Also, you can find good valued products on Amazon too…you just need to search more
@@BryanGuerratv I am really struggling to grasp how it's possible to make a profit dropshipping from Amazon to TikTok Shop? Lets say a hot selling product on TikTok shop is priced at $20. On Amazon it's $40 out the door after paying for shipping with an non Prime account. Then you mark it up and sell it for $60 to account for a 20% influencer commission and that puts you at a 10% profit margin assuming it sells. Who is going to pay $60 for an item on TikTok Shop that is selling for $20?
But the taco track fake tracking will not get the tracking violation

Won't Amazon send a return shipping label with the customer's return address on it since that's where the product was shipped to? My TikTok return warehouse is my own address, so the customer's returned item will come back to me. Am I doing that wrong? Also, I've been marking items as a gift (no gift receipt, just a thank you message) Is that going to create issues with Amazon if someone returns an item? Yikes.
Yeah you can do it that way. You can either have them ship it back to you and then you return it yourself…or you can just message them the return label
@@BryanGuerratv Regarding sending customer a return label: Doesn't TikTok send the customer a return label back to the seller's designated warehouse when they auto approve a return request? I had my 1st return request just happen today with a Walmart-sourced product, and now I'm trying to figure out the process. Can you please clarify? I thought I was just supposed to wait till the product came back to me and then approve the refund. (TikTok auto approved the return request, Customer reason given: No longer needed) The steps aren't very clear on returns with TikTok, just a bunch of dead links on their Seller Academy pages. I have one that does too 👍 they recently introduced a connection with MCF, but some people have been getting suspended inputting those so I personally avoid it (until we figure out why).
