We can compare NFT to the bitcoins, it means that it’s a numeric immaterial « object » with its own value.
It differs with the fact that the NFT are « unfungible » : we can’t exchange them with an other unit and they are produced in limited edition, only a few copies (we can’t duplicate them and each example has a only owner).
There are differents categories and utilities of NFTs, in the case of Liam’s, the purpose is only to collect by buying them online (like if it was Pokémon cards).
The person buying an NFT knew how many copies exists and will be able to give it away to an other buyer. We can therefore track who possess the NFT and know if it’s the original or a duplicate.
I hope that you understand now what NFTs are, you can still watch videos if you don’t. I might be wrong on some points but that’s what i understood making little research.
