A mage could probably do the same or better. This is a good demonstration of skill but it’s a one off not a mage grinding Zulu Farak.

So this is really cool, but if you plan to sell boosts it's actually going to take a lot longer, because like OP posted, you have to pre-kill the "Scarlet Sorcerers" Fist and open the door, this is not shown in the video so it will extend the length of your run by 3-5 minutes.
depending on the position and amount of the sorcerers this could even take much longer i guess for boosting your own accounts or guildies its super good, also for a selected audience, but probably not the best thing to sell in /trade channel
@@Turnkey_BM Also people like to calcuate and being efficient. sure its freelevel, but if you fuck up a little bit and need 30minute for an unfinished run because of variable X, Y and Z, then you lose your customers and your reputation fast as fuck. probably wont be as common as cath-farming by level 60 mages back in wow:classic (where i boosted hundreds/thousands of hours), but i personally disliked boosts with too high of a variance and uncertainty
its a cool novelty but you often have to clear like half the first floor because of patrols and if you get unlucky sorcerers its even worse, 15 minute estimation is being very generous and with good rng, takes a few minutes just to clear the first hallway to get to the courtyard

Thanks for the video. I keep getting slowed by the casters, or my cat just isn't fast enough to outrun melee ones who daze me before I even grab the first lower level. Which pet do you have and do you spec outdoor run speed in the BM tree?

I just assume what you do to get to locations is mass pull with pet, sprint and pull really far away then cheetah and FD. You can prob get to his vid start location with the door open in 3 FD's. I'm just not sure if he's optimized this more or what he does with casters. But yea having meld between FD is prob best for sure.@@joshring9710
I'm interested in seeing how you got to the video start point. Did you have a Druid stealth in and rez you once you got to the fountain? It doesn't seem possible otherwise even with feign death.
But how did you get half way through the dungeon to begin with and the chapel door slready opened? Seems like this takes slot of setup beforehand with pet pulling and running through before the video actually starts...

I just started doing it today, and with the clearing the sorcerers it took me around 30 mins, but to be fair I had around 12-14 sorcerers so once you get the pull down its all up to RNG on how long itll take

The Scarlet Sorcerers doesnt care for the ledge when I try. They just stand and casts spell on me til I die, can kite the melees tho no problems. Whatam I doing wrong?
I can only get about 1/3 of the dungeon pulled before my pet dies. Im sure im doing something wrong i just dont know what. The hard part for sure is rounding everything up, not killing them lol
macro: #showtooltip Eyes of the Beast /cast !Eyes of the Beast The exclamation point is the important part. Same thing with Eagle Vision will allow you to recast it from the current spot.
@@Delmora I can cast it from the current spot, that's not the issue. I had issues with it causing threat on the 2nd cast, altough I found out the hunter on this video is standing on a reset-spot, so that's why he doesn't get aggro. My second issue, though, is that sometimes for some reason when I re-apply Eotb, I shortly seem to move my hunter instead of my pet. I'm not mashing any keys or anything, but the server delays or whatever it is causing it makes it kinda rng-based. The only thing I can do to prevent this is not move at all for half a second, but this could potentially cause the mobs to overtake my pet.
how long do you think this takes you in total? from the moment u step into the dungeon. seems like a nasty gold farm, even more so if u can boost ppl too
Brother it is not impossible at all. I did this at 45 in regular classic on a frost mage with decent gear and no enchants (should be much weaker than a SoD character lol)

Same idea as the main pull you eyes of the beast pull them, bring them to a corner and then run through with you char to safe spots feint death repeat
Just go around first, grab sorcerers one at time, burst while pet tanks. At 40 it's pretty easy to move around without pulling things.

On my mage, I clear them by basically pulling them + others, and single targeting them down with cooldowns if needed.

you wont have enough frostres to fully ressist the frostbolts, so you are stuck with being slowed forever on top of the damage

I just swap to chimera shot to kill the casters. Sometimes you get more of them and it can get annoying.

They're a nelf. You run in, FD, Meld and wait out the FD CD.

He prekills the sorcs, he says it in the description.
Gotta go around and snipe the sorcs. This is easily done with freezing trap on the other mob it's paired with and using chimera shot

It works, the pet must be in line of site though, notice how he goes to a spot where he can oversee the top and bottom half.
