a LOT of reserach. I am always pricing, sourcing, watching videos, going on other websites to figure out what i will sell each one of my new products for. It's a constant journey really, depends on the ingredients and quality you want to put out. Start by comparing yourself to maybe a huge box brand but then price it more than that because you are "handmade" which i feel means you are selling a higher quality product than a big box retailer.
I’m also pregnant with my second. I have a 14mo. I’d love to have a homemade business but I worry it’ll be too much with 2 kids at home 😣 how do you cope?
I think the best thing that I have done was involve my kids with it. My son doesn’t really care lol so he hangs around us and quickly loses interest. My daughter loves to help. Your 14 month old might be a little young, so what I would do is get a box of special things they can only use while you are working. I used to do this with my kids and they kept themselves entertained near me, while I did what I needed to do! Definitely recommend getting a set of whatever you might be working with for them (like spoons, bowls, etc). Congrats on your second 😻!!

Can we use the same bowl to make bath soaks to sell and using it to bake with? Or should it be separate
I always recommend using separate bowls. Fragrance oils always seem to seep into my bowls 😒
