@@nanak1602 Yes, you can follow the same steps for a 9 year old or an adult. Just make sure that you work with the person's measurements. And feel free to add excess allowances which you can from off easily.

Are u not indirectly decreasing the front armhole cos ur measurement of the armhole was 1 inch above the front shoulder line. I thought the joining of both shoulders should have been an inch above the front shoulder or an inch below the back shoulder
