I love ❤️ this song. I remember my mom growing up in the 80s she always played this song. I’ve changed my life for the lord and I sent this song to my mom and she was so happy how I still remembered this song still as an adult. I been through so much but God kept me and I devoted my life to him. I praise him daily because he could have left me a long time ago. My love 😍 for him is soooo much that man can never compete with him. I thank him for his mercy and grace. From 18-28 drank and used my body in the gay lifestyle. IM NOW 39 YEARS OLD..... THE LORD CARRIED ME OUT THE GAY LIFESTYLE IN 2018.... THE LORD ALLOWED ME TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL..... I have love this choir. When I first started to sing, Oh! about 30 yrs ago under the direction of Rev. Lary D.Williams , we use to sing this song and it sounds just as good now as it did back then. There arent to many choir any more like this one . I say Thank you Rev, Brunson and the Thopmson community choir us are tops always in my book Bless you !!!!

Choirs don't sing like this anymore all they do is show boat running all over the place w/ all that nasty vibratto what happened to choirs that sang to the Lord in sincerity like these types of choirs. People have become so puffed up & self centered in their songs that the music or the singing is not even about the Lord anymore it's all about them showing off. I thank God I was in school when prayer WAS STILL in school. I made myself available to God. Some people talk about "old school". "Old school" works. I am a sign language interpreter and one can see the seriousness of Christ on their faces. That 'seriousness" is what can allow a Deaf individual to come to Christ. Thank you!
