    I am a recent high above knee amputee and have just found your website! I’ve been looking everywhere for a chair workout I can do with one leg and sweat it up! I have not had a prosthesis for 1 year due to Covid (having done really well on my prosthesis for five months) now stuck in a chair I’ve put on loads of weight and got really sad and weak. Thank you for your motivational video, I’ll be doing one of your classes every day, I need a strong core to walk again. 🙏

    i’m so glad i found your channel! i had ankle surgery recently and it’s been a little difficult to stay positive, but your workouts remind me of how capable my body is, even with an injury. thanks for a light at the end of a tunnel!

    Very nice workout Donovan. I’m 85 years old and I do some of your routines very frequently because they are challenging and I am very happy that I can follow most of them. This one was a little challenging towards the end, but I pushed myself and did my best, thank you so much for your wonderful workouts.

    Thank you for making this workout! I tore my Achilles and I’m still wearing a cast. Finding something fun to do this last month has been a struggle. I had to modify some of the exercises that included calf raises but this workout is what I needed! Thanks

    Thank you for this, I have Cerebral Palsy( Part of that affects muscle tone in your legs) and I haven’t been working out for a long time because I was afraid of hurting myself working out, I’m glad I found your chair workouts, I need to get in shape because I don’t feel good about myself. I tried doing the calf raises but my calves are really weak, it felt like something was happening but I don’t know if I Lifted the back of my feet off the ground, do you have any recommendations for strengthening your calves other than calf raises or just Calf raises?

    We just did this up here in Canada with our grade 10 class. The students loved it. Due to Covid we are not allowed to use equipment. Love the enthusiasm and love the different levels people can work at. Keep up the great work!

    When I say this workout is brutal its brutal yet not too difficult especially if you have knee and feet issues. I'm breathing heavy and sweating bullets🥵🥵. Thanks for sharing🙂
