Honkai: Star Rail - Protocol 8 clear with IPC

Theres really no point to doing protocol 8 unless you want the bragging rights. This took a lot of rng and even a ruan mei occurrence to do. I almost got the rupert empire set curio too but only 2/3 in this run so no fun here
