I need to share this receipie with as many people as possible Really, Really Good Cookies 1 cup Melted Butter 1 egg white 2 whole eggs 3/4 cup White sugar 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 unlevel tbsp Corn Starch 1 tbsp Vanilla 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 3 cups White Flour Mix ingredients in order listed and before butter becomes a solid Mix in peanut butter m&m's's or trail mix or something else you like Let dough rest covered in a cool place overnight Use a normal,unsprayed pan Bake for 10 minutes @ 350° Remove cookies from hot sheet asap If sheet is touchable, twist cookies with fingers and pick up Let cookies rest covered overnight before serving them Change nothing around 4000 ft elevation (Utah Use 2 & 3/4 cup flour at about 2000 ft (Montana) Use 2 & 1/2 cups flour close to sea level

as a tip for the future, if you let the sit in the pans for like 10 min after baking and then run a knife around the edges they usually release better...and then the reason the top like glued to the plate is because it was warm enough to still put off steam which made the cake kind of tacky and thus the stickage

Nooppp ot the lemon juice with the baking soda now the bubbles are in the juiceinstead in the cake so it gets airy... you mix the dry ingredients together then the wet and combine.
