I'm unable to add the new Views: Reports with Personal Data to my main admin role as I get the message "It is not allowed to remove permissions from administrative role." I can add the new permission to other roles though which seems odd.
Yes, I have noticed that, too. I can't make any change to the permissions of the Administrators role - even with the (Super) Admin ID. I think it is a bug. Open a ticket with SAP - or if you don't have an S* userid let me know and I'll open one.
@@A_Pickstone Ha. Well, that is just stupid. THEY may expect it to work this way based on how they coded it, but customers wouldn't expect it to work that way - as evidenced by both yourself and I thinking otherwise. This changed recently (2406 release, I believe) and I don't recall seeing a change note about it. Oh well...I guess we have to do things their way. Create a new 'Admin' role, assign this to the main Administrators role for inheritance, and then we can add permissions to the new role (but not remove...if you need to do that you can't use inheritance, which would then negate the need for the built-in Administrators role entirely...).

@@EnableNowExpert I've just opened a ticket, I'll let you know what SAP come back with.
Hi Dirk - SAP have stated that this is expected behaviour, and that a custom role should be created to bolt the new permissions on for users.

@@EnableNowExpert I've actually added the roles to an Individual who has the Administrator role.
