An actual horror game where adrenaline exists? No way!
Its amazing that out of pretty much every single horror game, this one has "adrenaline boost" while being chased by a monster that wants to kill you.
Bro I've heard of crazy stories of peoples adrenaline hitting so hard they pulled shit they usually couldn't. It for sure makes sense.
@@lecommentar9851 Heard a story where someone was in the streets in pitch black rain when there was a sudden loud bark, somehow gained the ability to see in the dark and outran the dog that was giving chase. Crazy shit.
@@noobythings I mean our eyes CAN adjust to the dark, thanks to pupils. I suppose adrenaline made that shit even wilder 💀

the entity running into the lift around 6:00 just to kill someone and take their place might the funniest thing ive seen happen in this game

Damn, there should be multiplayer horror games with that mechanic of monsters pretending to be humans players, like this game and Forewarned.

Forewarned is so obvious when it's VR because the fake player looks different but I'll never get over people's first reaction to it, it's great
Deep Rock Galactic has an enemy called the Nemesis which plays voicelines the player usually says when inspecting an item or taking damage, it’s really cool lmao. They start glitching out and stuff too.

This really went from a decent backrooms game but theres tons like it to probably being the closest to actual backrooms. Props to the creator for doing such a good job
Only problem is idk if its the game of Kiff but fps/quality sometimes drop quite a lot
yeah its all stuttery, thought it was just my internet being dog with twitch but nah its still here.
There were no fps problem when i played the game last week

He has mentioned before he streams at 60fps and plays games at 120+ fps, was in the comments of one of the other Vods but I can't remember which one
That could be why it's stuttering, because it's recording the stream as he plays and all that jazz

Ayyyye I did most of the sfx and music in the game, and absolutely destroyed my voice for the Skin Stealer and (nonexistent) Hound. You and your friends' reactions, witty chemistry, and questionable in-game luck made it all SO worth it! This is _BY FAR_ one of my all-time favorite playthroughs of this game! 6:11 is absolutely golden.
Really looking forward to what else y'all put out. Stay posted for Part 3. >:D

The imposters were a really cool addition to the game. I hope if the game gets updated more, they make it so the imposters try to join your group and act like a player before attacking. Could also make it so they spawn behind everyone so you can get that moment of fear when you realize theres an extra person in your group
See an extra person running toward your group: I sleep

They are skin stealers. (At least from the wikidot version), They are a real problem for survivor bases in the backrooms on account of them, well... stealing skin and trying to pose as humans. There is even a saying for people detecting skin stealers: "Blood runs red, they're not dead. Blood runs clear, don't get near."
Skin Stealers are capable of saying words and phrases to try to pretend to be a human, but they seem to have no understanding on what language is, so they just sorta, repeat things they've heard from past victims.

Usually, a single developer or a even small team would lose determination in the game after receiving a lot of bad reviews.
I'm genuinely impressed by the amount of effort they put into improving it. They could've just fixed any disliked mechanics and called it a day, but they went above that to the point it's like a brand-new game.
I get the feeling the dev has a proper vision of what this game will be in the end, and all the dislike just makes him grin because he knows they'll eat their words in the end

@@Catman_CM You were right, the dev is a He as far as i'm aware. He has a youtube channel where you can check out his development videos (which are usually well animated!) about the development process of the updates.

They somehow managed to skip arguably the most painful level in the entire game. It took me and my friends literal DAYS to beat that one it was SO FRUSTRATING.
The real villain of that level is 100% the sanity drop mechanic

As entertaining as this is i feel like the monsters kind of take away from the experience. The backrooms was horrifying because theres the panic that sets in realizing you're trapped in a massive maze with no way to get rescued or get help. It kinda just feels like scp in a different environment with monsters

There should atleast be backrooms games where you can admire the scenery of this infinite plane, I guess sorta like a hangout game but backrooms themed

Imagine if the skin stealers like, made attempts to really blend in? Like, they choose a random player and just follow them around at walking speed. Not attacking, or running at them, just following them for a while.
