The multiple new year event for example, it is possible that they just happen in close timeframe to each other . Given Prime Hoshino is in her 1st year, Hina climbing all the way to Head Prefect in 2 years is also plausible (also, I don't think she mentioned she's been head prefect for years either, maybe if she was promoted during her 2nd year but for the life of me I can't remember if it was even ever mentioned). What I'm saying is there's no clear proof in game that years has passed either way. For what we know Trip Trap Train might take place two weeks after Vol.F. In these kind of stories, unless it is specified that time has passed then no time has passed. But of course, if you can provide specific mention of the year passing then I'm more than happy to hear it. My memory alone can't possibly handle all the lore form all the games I'm playing, lol.
