Summer scheduling depends almost entirely upon if the Japan Olympics actually happen in July-August, as it sounds like there will be next to no music promotions during that timeframe if the games take place. So I guess CUBE are just taking a leisurely pace with the Soojin situation because (G)I-DLE couldn't realistically come back until the autumn anyway. Sucks, but at least the members are not sitting idle (no pun intended).

English is widely spoken around the world and comes with different accents. Even I have to look up lyrics of those sung by western singers so it's not strange at all. Don't assume you would understand from people's perspective.
