Tbh, gsvm is a medical college and rml has been upgraded to institute. There will be only 3 medical universities in up Kgmu, rml and avbmu(rest all colleges). Academics at rml is considered good, apart from that...rml hospital is the best hospital for cancer treatment in up. Taking rml, one will get exposure of kgmu and sgpgi. Rml is an autonomous body...and it has been created along the lines of sgpgi(it comes in top 5 medical institute, even though it started in 1983). I know campus life may not be good, but city life will be good.
