    Housing activity already started untill shankarpalli, mehatab Kahn guda 15 to 18k ideal.
    Next is ORR exits Tukkuguda and Raviryala, 25k to 38k depending on approach road and distance from exits and service road.

    Bro I feel new trend is emerging in real estate market Integrated township. Earlier market used to have Stand alone apartment, semi gated apartment, gated community and High rise gated community apartments. Now I feel new thing is Integrated township because if you see prestige city, vertex city, aero city and sansa county. Is this going to be trend now in coming future.
    I feel builders are inventing new concepts like Integrated Township just like they invented High rise and gated communities to sell their lands for high prices what is your take on this

    Everywhere pollution zone even in hyd. Some better areas are there like near by Shankarpally. Wisely pick at good prices in current market trend

      @@vmohan2027 but prices are more than Mumbai Delhi in hyd... One of agency survey in Asia highest unsold inventory is in hyd.
      Hyd has enough land bank no need to grow vertically but growing vertically at price of horizontal.
      Another international agency said highest
      Price in India is first Bangalore then hyd. Does it it really worth hyd has at price of next 5 years.

    Anna, ఒక సింపుల్ ప్రశ్న, IT area ki 20 min lo వెళ్లే Exit 2,3 lo development ఐతున్నది,kani అదంతా polluted poison area కదా అయిన కానీ ప్రజలు IT ki దగ్గర అనే కారణం తో కాంప్రొమైజ్ ఐతున్నరూ, కానీ Exit 15,16 nundi కూడా IT ki 20-30 min lo వెళ్లొచ్చు కదా, మరియు ప్రశాంతమైన పల్లె వాతావరణం మన exit 15. Mari ఎందుకు డెవలప్ ఐతలేదు... Exit 15 -16 మధ్యలో independent houses కనపడవు అసలు ఎందుకు డెవలప్ అయితలేదు, 111 GO kuda kadhu reason enti?

    Anything is cycle. Too much grown than normal it will take a break pause sometime... At least 2-3 years hyd real estate will be in pause mode.

    Cons of Second capital/UT as Hyderabad(if made):
    Traffic would be horrible in future.
    Increase in retail estate prices will make middle class lives horrible.
    High Security region may put the establishments of new companies in dilemma.
    There would be no funds/development to other districts in Telangana.
    The air quality would be pathetic in next 10-15 years.
    The above things are as per my knowledge and i might wrong as well.

    Downsides of hyd becoming second capital
    1. Central gov will take the hyd revenue
    2. Other areas in TG will have an impact as revenue gone to the centre
