I'm in malaysia I see many now constructed residence project here but New Chandigarh is much expensive than here in 1 crore any one can buy a 3bhk superb flate in kuala lumpur...much moderen city than Chandigarh.
I quite agree the properties are quite expensive compared to Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya which has a metro running. My 4 bhk property 133 yds has a metro station 800 meters away. It is cheaper than this project.
