Anand Dum Biryani is a synonym for Hoskote Biryani, and he is the pioneer of the early morning biryani trend in Bangalore. They start serving biryani as early as 4:00 AM and the most shocking fact is that they sell about a thousand kilos of mutton biryani on Sunday.
