Definitely one of my favorites, its nice to see the bond that rick and morty have developed throughout their adventures and seeing how fluid they are now in comparison to the first season, Morty gets a lot more confident too
For me, season 3 remains the high point of the show. I own the first 3 seasons on Blu-Ray. And the premiere remains my favorite ep because Rick hits an incredible level of badassery in it. While I won't tell you that it is downhill from here (there are still plenty of fun and creative eps ahead), it's still pretty noticeable that there was a shakeup in the writer's room. You haven't seen any BAD eps yet, but they do exist, trust me. But that's life. You can't expect all apples to be worm-free.
"Goddammit, they're right here! "They're here, goddammit!" I dunno why, but those 2 lines kill me everytime. It's so dumb but my brain says yisssss lol.
Although I like the scene where the President's troops try using Rick's weaknesses, didn't they kinda retcon Rick's like of pirates into a fear? IDK maybe he liked Pirates of The Pancreas because they scared him, but he even mentioned they were "rapey" and not whitewashed.
Potp was more of a thriller/horror ride, if he was scared of them, using it as his entertainment point would make sense. Personally though, I think he acted like that on purpose to make them think that part of his wiki was accurate lol , Rick keeps several steps ahead with contingencies all around lol.
@@EversPrimeTime I actually took the opposite away from the pirate reveal. Pickle Rick showed us that Rick enjoys things if there's a fear or chance of death that comes along with it. So it would only make sense that he would be so gung ho about Pirates of the Pancreas.
Season 4 is probably my least favorite season out of all of them because it has some really low-lows, but it’s got some really high-highs which definitely redeems it. Not as consistent as the past 3 seasons, but a few fantastic episodes.
The Vindicators episode is the writers making fun of themselves. They write for the MCU as well as Rick and Morty. So when they get the chance to make fun of themselves you know they’re all over it 🤣🤦🏻♂️
I actually thought the vindicators episode was genius. comedic gold. every moment of it. it's still one of my favorite episodes and top one for comedy.
Favorite episode from next season (season 4)? That’s tricky… It comes down to two episodes. The Vat Of Acid episode is excellent; it’s one of those episodes that takes some unexpected turns and pushes the envelope, AND it has an impact…🤐 Star Mort, Rickturn of the Jeri is great in a different way; it 🤐… There are plenty of other cool episodes in season 4, but those two are my personal favorites. Both are excellent, but I think Vat Of Acid might win by a hair, due to the sheer storytelling power it displays.

For a long long time this was my all time favorite episode. That isnt the case anymore but its still very very good
