After 7 years of watching ASMR, Emma is still the best. No one beats her soft, delicate, gentle style. She has great rhythm to her movements and sounds too. Her production value is perfect. So I don’t understand for the life of me how she still hasn’t surpassed 1M subscribers! What is going on?!
I've been wondering that myself for a long time. I know she's been closer but then either a lot of people unsub, disappear (I suspect YT foul play,) or something else is going on and I don't know why either.

I've had to pause the video to write this because I know I'll be asleep before the end of it, The hand movement with the pencil as Emma explains what she is going to do brings back childhood ASMR triggers when my math teacher used to try and explain how to do a sum...needless to say I learnt nothing in those classes :D

The very first sounds video I looked up on TH-cam was for crinkling paper (specifically tissue paper, which is how I eventually found you!). I've come to love a whole bunch of different sounds since 2016, but man. Nothing beats paper. (Except scissors. Badum-chh)

💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 I hope you’re doing well. We just had a little thunderstorm earlier. Had a good downpour so my garden definitely got watered by Mother Nature today, lol. I also accidentally stepped on a bee and got stung earlier today but I’m fine. I got the photos I wanted of some dark clouds at least. Oh, and our new cat has started visiting me in my bedroom today so he’s adjusting quite well so far and he’s so mellow but loves to follow us around and get in the way, lol. Emma, would you consider doing a video without tapping? I have OCD, and when I start to spiral or feel anxious, one of my biggest compulsions is tapping. I unfortunately associate tapping with significant OCD stress. When I hear it, the sound gets stuck in my head where it repeats again and again, and I quickly get very anxious. You are so calm, soft-spoken, and comforting that your videos are my go-to, and I just attempt to skip the tapping bits, lol. I would eternally appreciate, though, if you were able to do one without tapping! Thank you for all the love you put into your videos. Xoxo
