- Protect your data from malware, intrusions, denial-of-service attacks, and advanced threats. Cisco routers work together to extend corporate security to your branch and defend your network. With integrated security you get protection against sophisticated threats, while maintaining outstanding performance and lowering costs.

no lab for DHCP SPOOFING/SNOOPING???
One time practical will explain sir in cisco packet dhcp ip address
Nice Video, very informative and nicely explained. but i have a small doubt when DHCP Offer comes from the un-trusted port will it block the port or will it just deny the DHCP offer packet.
what if someone physically removes the dhcp server from the trusted port and connect other device on that port ?
Physical security must don't compromise so in order to achieve security one has to make sure that only authorised person can get the physical access of the switch. DHCP snooping can only logically secure your switch
Good question. I think this is where port security protocols comes in. A configuration is done on the switch-port to allow a maximum of one 'sticky' Mac-Address of the dhcp server.
in dhcp the 1st offer will be accepted.some times apart from server's offer , the rogue attacker will try to offer its desired ip.
in that time how the rogue attacker packet gets reach client at 1st? is it possible to make it reach 1st to get succeed in offering?
please sir from basic on words I required video series plz tell me
well explained thank you
