Evanescence helped me through a lot when I was a kid. I was afraid of fires when I was in third grade and until I believe middle school because of the fire safety assemblies we had. I had constant nightmares of fires as a kid. But every time we would drive in my moms old minivan to my therapist or anywhere, she would play evanescence and it would make me feel better
