I do appreciate your blog as expressing one's mind freely without any fear is the sign of a healthy society and I expect everyone including Kacho Ahmad Khan will appreciate your concerns. Now regarding facts about the noble profession, it is true that recently we have been blessed by some great teachers in our society who not excelled at their profession but also brought laurel to our corruption ridden, nepotism laden, factionalised society. Now coming to your point of good and bad professionals in every profession. Here I would like to draw the attention of our society that unfortunately the good professionals in the teaching profession is minuscule rather negligible so far, however the youths who are always termed as delinquent, slefish, rogue by a section especially the older generation has revolutionized the profession especially after the batch inducted in 2013 (if I am not wrong) by respected Hassan Khan Sahib. Now to support my allegations/apprehension I would like to present a few points. 1. First and foremost it is for all to see the condition of the government schools despite the teachers getting 05 times more salary than the private teachers. 2. If the teachers are so good as projected by your goodself then why the government teachers are enrolling their own wards in private schools. 3. Leave alone the few Model schools, they are exceptions and cannot be generalized, look at the results of the rest of the government schools. 4. The government schools despite having better infrastructure, better funding, more qualified teaching staff, more resources they are not in a position to compete with the private schools why so. 5. Last but not the least, recently a Media person reported about a particular school, where the teacher provided the prayer as his excuse for his absences and whole lot of people came in support of the accused like the teacher was infallible. 6. Sir there is a section, who had always remained attached at plum posting, neglecting the interest of the students, they are also teachers. 7. Sir there were many teachers who had always promoted cheating (naqalbazi) as a norm to hide their own failure. 8. Sir even among the teachers of private schools there were some against whom there are allegations of molestation. 9. And lastly by your own words you have always expressed your displeasure over the hostel culture in the private schools which according to your understanding is promoting mugging rather than learning. Sir my point here is not to criticize the whole teaching community, but just to tell all of us Kargilis that criticism is always good and should appreciate as none of us are infallible. A healthy criticism should be promoted and welcomed. Corruption in Kargil is an open secret however no one is ready to talk over it as there are apprehension of vendetta and targetting, therefore every common man chooses to remain silent rather than expressing their concerns. I will also choose to remian anonymous for the fear of backlash from our society, as democracy in our society is limited to voting only, and freedom of expression/speech does not form part of it. Every time you release a video I do appreciate as it's having an important message but this time your video hurt me personally and all great teachers in our community. Even the video dent the proud moment of getting National Award by Mr. Jabir. Actions of very few cannot and must not be generalised to whole profession. If you are really a professional than both the aspect should have been presented. No one in the world can claim his success only of his own but in some or the other way there will be some substance of teacher behind their success.
I regret and express my protest.

Dear Shabani Sahab read your post written to express your protest on a video made by Kacho Ahmad Khan.
I do appreciate your blog as expressing one's mind freely without any fear is the sign of a healthy society and I expect everyone including Kacho Ahmad Khan will appreciate your concerns.
Now regarding facts about the noble profession, it is true that recently we have been blessed by some great teachers in our society who not excelled at their profession but also brought laurel to our corruption ridden, nepotism laden, factionalised society.
Now coming to your point of good and bad professionals in every profession. Here I would like to draw the attention of our society that unfortunately the good professionals in the teaching profession is minuscule rather negligible so far, however the youths who are always termed as delinquent, slefish, rogue by a section especially the older generation has revolutionized the profession especially after the batch inducted in 2013 (if I am not wrong) by respected Hassan Khan Sahib.
Now to support my allegations/apprehension I would like to present a few points.
1. First and foremost it is for all to see the condition of the government schools despite the teachers getting 05 times more salary than the private teachers.
2. If the teachers are so good as projected by your goodself then why the government teachers are enrolling their own wards in private schools.
3. Leave alone the few Model schools, they are exceptions and cannot be generalized, look at the results of the rest of the government schools.
4. The government schools despite having better infrastructure, better funding, more qualified teaching staff, more resources they are not in a position to compete with the private schools why so.
5. Last but not the least, recently a Media person reported about a particular school, where the teacher provided the prayer as his excuse for his absences and whole lot of people came in support of the accused like the teacher was infallible.
6. Sir there is a section, who had always remained attached at plum posting, neglecting the interest of the students, they are also teachers.
7. Sir there were many teachers who had always promoted cheating (naqalbazi) as a norm to hide their own failure.
8. Sir even among the teachers of private schools there were some against whom there are allegations of molestation.
9. And lastly by your own words you have always expressed your displeasure over the hostel culture in the private schools which according to your understanding is promoting mugging rather than learning.
Sir my point here is not to criticize the whole teaching community, but just to tell all of us Kargilis that criticism is always good and should appreciate as none of us are infallible.
A healthy criticism should be promoted and welcomed.
Corruption in Kargil is an open secret however no one is ready to talk over it as there are apprehension of vendetta and targetting, therefore every common man chooses to remain silent rather than expressing their concerns.
I will also choose to remian anonymous for the fear of backlash from our society, as democracy in our society is limited to voting only, and freedom of expression/speech does not form part of it.
Last thanks all my teachers who have helped in my life so that today I could write this small piece.
@@HBA dear hakima Banoo Ali, constructive criticism or feedback should be promoted that no one denies and here no teachers claims of being perfect and flawless and for kind suggestion he hasn't distinguished between govt. Teachers and private teachers, he has generalised everyone in the vedio. Do you think, the vedio of him would make your teachers happy. There's no any constructive criticism in the vedio which can benefit to our teachers except humiliation, hurt and disgust. If he wanted to give a lesson of understanding to teaching fraternity then he must have shown both the aspects of them that what we call "impartial or balanced" opinion.
And another point you raised about the failurity or poor performances of Govt. Schools.
Have ever visited to any government school, if yes then you must have known very well. If not, then listen, have you ever seen any parents who do the same things as what private school 's parents do for their wards. Have you ever seen to any student of Govt. School so far whose note book has been checked by their parents daily at home, In my 6 years of experience, I haven't seen such parents in govt. run school who regularly keep vigils on their kids at home. There are many others issues as well which happens with govt. Teachers in the school,. But that are quite lengthy to describe over here. So before picking up errs also try to pick up the positive things. Until now I have seen any parents who regularly drops their kids at govt. schools . Even their parents do not understand the duty of their parenthood, what else can we expect from others, even though teachers still cares to their students sometimes if not do everyday.
Corruption in education threatens the well-being of society, because, it erodes social trust and worsens inequality.
Corruption in primary and secondary education affects policy making and planning, school management and procurement and teacher conduct.

Letter of condemnation
We have gone through the short film made by Kacho Ahmad Khan about teachers on the eve of Teacher's Day. In fact the film is quite disgusting and it has left no stone unturned to humiliate the teachers, who are otherwise the architect of our society. Undoubtedly they should be encouraged and appreciated but unfortunately only the negative aspects of teachers are given much emphasis in the documentary.
It is paramount to mention here that there are some great teachers in our society also and they are making great efforts to disseminate quality education among masses.
Shouldn't they be encouraged? Of course, they should be given due respect if we really want a drastic change which can only be brought with the help of proper education.
There is no denying the fact that teachers are not considered as respectable profession in our society, whether he is a professor, Lecturer etc; HE IS DEROGATORILY CALLED AS MALTER, MALTER,MALTER IN OUR KARGIL SOCIETY DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE IS class A Gazette officer. At the same time your film has again deteriorated the dignity of our respected teachers on the occasion of teacher's day .We strongly condemn this act of yours.
In fact you must be apologetic towards the architect of our society..
According to Imam Ali (as), "It is Okay to dislike someone, or even dislike someone for no reason. But it is not okay to disrespect, degrade, and humiliate that person."

This is the wrong portray of a teacher. I as student at the childhood beaten as hell for not studying.but as I get matured I understood that it was for my good future. I still respect those teacher from wholeheartedly today whenever I meet them. Thankyou teacher♥️

This will hurt the sentiment of those teachers who is performing their duty well and because of these teachers many many persons is holding good position in society. You for example is good actor just bcz of your teacher.Don't blame the whole profession because of some odd cruel tr. 😡
kacho just trying to show how most of teachers teach well for some mentally good students and not treating good for some week students, actually they are need most attention . sad but true i personaly seen this kind of differences in most of my seniors.

Dear Kacho Ahmad Khan I think without teacher you would not be where you are today. Teachers are not only those who teach us in school but whoever teaches us how to live and gives us values based teachings are our teachers. It is good to show bad faces of some teachers, but our district also has humble and honest teachers.
