And if you want to go slow reduce the calorie intake accordingly or exercise more!

as a guy who has lost some weight and gotten more fit and strong. i have some simple tips for anyone who is also trying to loose weight. dont starve yourself, have a good breakfast,lunch and dinner which is fulfilling so you dont snack as much, each stuff like carrots or cucumbers frequently with ur meals cuz theyll make u full and are very very low in calorie, only eat snacks in evenings and give up biscuits for the first month or so, cuz after you make the drastic jump, its easier to maintain. dont make it tough aftera month or so cuz then it wont stick on, make it a lifestyl choice you can follow. going to the gym especially lifting weights helps with stress. and try to eat mostly at home untill u make a significant jump that happends in the first few months. and a very imp thing to remember, cheat days dont exist, cheat snacks exist, if u ate smth tooo muvh then compensate with ur next meal. dont cut out a significant amount of ur carbs cuz then u will feel exhautsed, carbs too are imp. switch from white bread to brown bread, taste doesnt change but it sure is better

Nice one.People need to do their homework before they go on a diet and then see a dietician.Not a single diet plan works for everyone that's why people have dieticians who provide personalized diet plans.Eating healthy,working out two hours a day(or as needed),sleeping 7 to 10 hours,being physically active,adequate water consumption helps in losing weight.Most importantly people should burn more calories than what they eat

A person on diet should avoid looking at food, in the initial stage say one month, and should keep cucumbers in tiffin boxes to fill his/ her stomach as hunger suppressor....I personally was in diet in 2011, I lost 21 kgs in 3 months, and those who laughed at me in the beginning, soon started to take advise from me......one golden advice eat lot of cucumber and tomato, it will fill your stomach and keep you hydrated...

Brown rice doesn't have "bohot kam carbs so jam k khao" lol
It has quite a lot carbs but just has more fiber and protein than white rice. You have to watch your portion of brown rice if you are watching your weight or have diabetese.
